Item is faulty. Had lines on switching then it stopped working completely
Kana Mavuru RushwayaExtremely disappointed. £630 for brand new camera - faulty out of the box. No replacement possible. Now need to drive 35 mile round trip to return it and then wait 14 business days AFTER they receive it back to get refund. Shockingly disappointing.
Jack Porter-SmithVery pleased with this camera, although I still haven't been able to use it to it's true potential due to lockdown. Still using the kit lens. Nice quality video and photos, I just wish they were a little more vibrant. Battery doesn't last long, definitely get some more!
Dimitrios ZekakisLoving this camera. Easy to use. I had a Nixonn D5000 and was apprehensive to change brands as I have a lot of lens. But it was the best thing, this M50 is streets ahead of the D5000, especially as a social media camera. The flip screen is great and Nixon higher end models don’t even have this. The only other camera I thought of was a Sony, but even it did not have the great reviews on the touch screen as this.
DR N.Great functionality and easy to use great beginner camera. Only down side is you have to buy the adapter(£100) to use other canon lenses.
ChrisI really like this Canon M50 because of the amazing picture quality as well as the video quality. This camera is also light and not heavy to carry which is great for taking it anywhere. The auto focus on this camera is really good, once you tap your face on the screen it will lock onto it automatically and track your face and eyes even while you are moving. However the batteries of this camera do not last very long. Probably 235 camera shots they would last. So I would recommend getting another battery. There is also a beginners mode which is good for beginners and also there is a eco mode that will help save the charge of the battery by turning off the screen when not in use and other things. Also there is 4K video on this camera but when it is on 4K the frames of the camera zoom in and the camera is not in full frame, and while the camera is on 4K the autofocus of the camera does not work very well, however there are some ways 4K can be used and still look great by putting the camera to manual and changing the settings of the video, to help you better I recommend going to YouTube and seeing how other YouTubers deal with the 4K issue and make it look great on the Canon M50. Overall this Camera is really good and I like it a lot as it’s lightweight and easy to carry and because of the video quality, picture quality and is packed with a lot of features!!
FarhadNever used a camera like this only used point and shoot and phone. Finding it quite easy to get around. Struggling to add location to photos Could do with more explanation in manual
JulieBought this as I wanted to get back into photography but reluctant to spend too much. This is my first DSLR having used old school cameras. Tend to use it on the manual setting but the other settings allow me to take spontaneous photos without the worry of faffing with settings.A great entry level or hobby camera.
Dave MeekWanted this camera for vlogging for a while now. Its exactly what I needed. Doesn't disappoint at all.
MichelleBought this as an upgrade for my eos m. All the limitations of the m have been addressed comprehensively.Still finding my way around the new features.A great compact camera.
craven kidSmall but packed with features. Perfect for traveling. Fast auto focus. Amazing image quality.. Battery life. You need to purchase extra batteries.
AngeloDoes everything my 80d does and is smaller and lighter when hiking. N. Not as yet but not sure how weather proof it will be.
MichaelI love it
Stephania GrixtiAfter much research and a budget. This camera has met every demand
19tomros90. The autofocus used for 4k video is substandard compared to the one used for 1080p
AndrewWhen I decided to buy this camera, I was just sceptic, so I had first to make sure reading reviews and watching videos about the product...It came very fast, after a couple of days, and it was for me, breath taking! This is a semi professional camera which allows you to take very good pictures and the beautiful thing (well it's all beautiful) it's that it's not heavy! It's very comfy in your hands, and with the adaptor for the lenses, you can use all the lenses that you like.I will update the video part, I have to buy a good gimball soon...I'm very happy with it, totally suggested!
Namah KarahCompact, excellent image quality, versatile. Battery life could be better, as could the manual
TimI use this for YouTube but also as a backup camera for paid work. It's saved me on a recent wedding when my other camera crapped out.
ColeThe camera is easy to use and produce great photos. The photos could be abit sharper
DanielleEasy to use.
