A fast and simple version of a classic French recipe. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dip two slices of bread into the mixture, ensuring that both sides are coated. Fill the slices with ham and cheese to complete the sandwich. Place the sandwich onto the lower non-stick cooking plate. Close the lid and cook for approx. 3-4 minutes, until crispy.
