Found it very difficult to clean, and some parts inaccessible to clean.For the size of the grills would need to cut off the crusts, and then what you are left with, is a very small toasted sandwich.A timer would be very useful.All in all not a great sandwich toaster, and don't use it that much as takes so long to clean it.

too small ---where do u go to find bread to fit it!!!!! it is so square and not enough space for any filling---did not send it back --really bad buy had to put in stars otherwise review couldnot be submitted did not deserve any stars

Worth checking the plate size as we found it didn't fit a slice of normal precut bread - meaning we had to cut off the crusts or leave them hanging out. Not really fit for our purpose.

Absolute waste of money. One of the worst of these we've ever had.

unless your cutting the crusts off and using the thin sliced bread you can only cook 2 at a time

Only fits one sandwich in at a time, quite small, so fits in cupboards well and although not removable plates simple to clean aslong as straight away.

I’m going to put it in the bin as it’s more trouble than it’s worth! It isn’t big enough for normal sliced bread and is a nightmare to clean.

I am very disappointed in this sandwich maker. It's NOT NON-STICK. Everything sticks to it. It has a bad smell. It heats up too fast and burns the bread before the cheese is melted inside. Not very easy to clean. Easily scratched. Nice design, stands on end but that's not what I bought it for. The latch has fallen off after 3 uses. I tried to take it back to argos after first use. But customer service there was awful and they told me I couldn't return as I had used it.

Easy to use. Bread gets stuck a lot even when using butter. Size is odd most bread it to big! But for price is okay

This makes delicious toasties really quickly. It comes with some recipe ideas which is handy. It can be hard to close, even sticking with the paltry suggested dessertspoon of filling. Deeper pockets would make this much better.

Well priced for a four toastie, messy and not that easy to clean.

Ive heard nothing lasts forever but when a product breaks after a few days. Black plastic casing on outside is cheap and broke when under normal use I expected more of an established brand.

It is a small one for tiny bread. Will need to have a look in the store for the right size.. Also the toaster is nice and cute, but the handle and how it closing, the clip is a disaster. It works in a weird way and the breads need to be very thin to get the thing closed.

We had a double sandwich toaster which removal plates which failed after only 1 year so decided to go for a 4 sandwich toaster. Unfortunately the non-stick plates are not non-stick - it is really hard to get hot melted cheese off them and near impossible once the plates have cooled down. There are lots of grooves to trap food so difficult to get clean. It makes a good toastie but we have to return it because of inability to clean it well.

cheap and you get what you paid for. The whole plastic front holding the clip snapped the second time I used it.

This product is awful, firstly the burnt plastic stench doesn’t just affect the product, it was on the food aswell, I took this back after the first use, I’m not sure if using this long term would affect your health but I certainly wasn’t going to find out!

Probably my fault as didn’t look at overall size but this machine is enormous- takes up a large amount of space on worktop and different to store standing up. Returned it as totally impractical for me - can’t comment on how well it functioned.

Wish I hadn't bought it. Normal size bread doesn't fit, can only put very small amount of cheese etc in - it comes out of sides. Sadly don't use anymore, bought another, but from shop so I could see what I was actually getting My fault.

no stick didnt last very long at all even after a f ew uses and clean with damp cloth

Wasn’t that deep at all and just cheese and ham on medium bread and I couldn’t close the lid. Took ages to toast.
