Used this item a few times but the sandwich stuck to the inside and the filling fell out

Deep fill is great, browns the sandwich beautifully. Only tiny negative is that normal sized bread slices are a bit too small and I've not seen large slices of bread so far.

Use this all the time so useful

Despite the fact it doesn't 'pop out' with this model, it is still straightforward to clean with some wipes.Other than that nothing to say really. It does everything you'd expect it to. Solid 9/10 purchase for me so far

This worked well the first few times. But now takes the breaker out on the supply when it reaches temperature.Seems dangerous!!!

Only got delivered an hour ago and I’ve already put to use. Easy to use as any toastie maker goes. Plenty of room for large slices of bread and also allows plenty of filling without making a mess when you close the lid to toast.

I love this sandwich toaster and find it really easy to use. Makes 2 perfectly toasted sandwiches and easy to clean afterwards

I've used this toasted sandwich maker for several weeks. On the plus side - it's cheap, and the ceramic plates are more resilient than normal Teflon so it probably would last longer. The negatives outweigh the positives. The bread you get in supermarkets is not wide enough to cover the plates enough, so the sandwich cannot seal properly. The plates are deeper than usual so that the sandwich will tend to sag and the top doesn't get baked quite as much as the bottom. Melted cheese does ooze over the edges and into the works. The plates are not removable, and that is a nuisance if you appreciate how easy it is to clean removable plates. I've now purchased a more expensive Breville sandwich maker with removable plates and ceramic plates.

one word........ FABULOUSI have never ever owned a sandwich toasting machine, yes, that's right, you read correctly NEVER OWNED ONE. Boy if i was to listen to these lot in avoiding then I wouldn't get out that door!!!!I honestly don't know what people's beefs are over this machine!! attached are some pics of the toasties I've done and i find that Kingsmill 50/50 (my usual loaf) fits perfik!!I've also done panini toasties aswell.I've also gone above and beyond and made waffles, just how versatile is this machine, well you know what to do now go buy it

Bought this for my daughter and her husband as they don't like to have the filling leaking from the toasted sandwich. They are very pleased with this one!

Unlike some, this toaster takes full sized slices of bread.That doesn't mean positioning and type/amount of filling aren't important to avoid any spillage. After a while, though, getting the bread in the perfect position for no or limited spillage is easy. The non-stick plates make cleaning any spillage easy.The plates also heat up after about two or three minutes and, depending on what your filling choice is, render a perfect toasted sandwich after anything from four to six minutes.A delicious hot meal in a few minutes … and at a price less than what one might pay for an equivalent toaster made by another brand.
