This only removed a small amount of moisture from the air when compared to other dehumidifiers I've used. Given the price I expected that might be the case. It has, despite being carefully looked after, stopped working completely. Pretty awful compared to other brands if I'm honest.
AMCNot as good as expected, could of done with a larger one
Suzanne WestPut in small bedroom to clear wet window didn’t clear up after few hours had to use cloth ,hardly no water in tank
ritaI had it put at the bedroom window with the courtains closed and it still didn't work
Elena MansonI purchased this dehumidifier to replace a 7L
decasent dehumidifier that lives in my cellar. The 7L dehumidifier works great at extracting moisture, well below 50% within a few hours on full speed. However, it is heating up the cellar.
This dehumidifier is useless. I have had it on for over 24 hours. It has run continuously on maximum fan and drain. The pictures show the readings at the time of this review. I started with 60% humidity, 24 hours later I am down to 52 or 54%. VERY VERY POOR PERFORMANCE.
The sticker on the machine shows that 20L extraction occurs at 30*C at 80% humidity. So not really fit for my needs.

SpikeUnit runs continuously, regardless of any humidity setting. Manufacture agreed it was faulty.
Replacement did exactly the same.
AVOID.

T. SuthernsIt works. Not in love with it but it s a ,good size. Not sure if it powerful enough. But it work s co can’t complain right !?
SeanWe ended up returning ours. It was being used in an upstairs room and was not extracting as much moisture as expected.
After just a couple of weeks of on/off use the transformer over-heated.
Fine for a tiny room or children's room but not much capacity or efficiency compared to others on the market in my opinion.

Gabri87Air always contains a certain amount of water in the form of water vapor. This is known as humidity. The capacity of the air to hold water vapor increases with the temperature. This is why in our homes, as soon as the temperature decreases, the vapor contained in the air condenses leaving moisture on the colder surfaces in the room such as the windows and the walls etc.
