We bought this 5 years and I've used it for all sorts. First thing was to let it run in the house upstairs and dwon. It drew out over 60 liters of water in a couple of days! Done this now every year for a few hours and it never draws out that muchb, but it helps to stop the mould growing around the windows.Next, used it to start drying the laundry instead of over the radiators, this meant the radiators were warming the rooms instead of making the air moist. Unless it's raining, laundry goes out, but when it's winter, raining and nothing drys, the clothes go on a horse and locked in a small room with the dehumidifer on for between 2 - 4 hours (depending on the fabric). Great for drying sheets ! Obviously this could all be done faster in a tumble dryer, but they tend to cause clothes to shrink.Next, mother-in-law had a failed hot-water-cylinder which had leaked from upstairs and down the wall to the kitchen downstairs. Locked the dehumidifer in the airing cupboard (after the cylinder was removed) and let it run off & on for a few days while it dryed that out, then downstairs to help there too.Overall I'm very happy with this product, use it loads and would recommend it to anyone looking for a multi-use dehumidifer.

Excellent dehumidifier & air putifier.
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Rather bulky for small premises, but fits into a niche & now is barely noticeable. The dehumidifier, used in winter, is truly excellent &, though I use the air purifier occasionally, I find it does not require every day - or even every week - use.

As a dehumidifier manually it is doing its job i give 2 stars for that.-this product does not work on time switch which is shame as it wont switch on automatically with time switch ..and it is expensive-not sure it is purifying the air though.

So I'd never had a dehumidifier before and can say that this was a fantastic idea to purchase one. Especially this one. It seems pricey to begin with however, it has helped me to manage the on going damp and mold issues we have at home. We just transport it from room to room with the handle, it's certainly heavy but sturdy and well made.Worth every penny.

Good but be aware replacement filters
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Update : be aware that you still cannot get the filters for this anywhere, even ecoair dont have them. Very poor.I bought this as a replacement for another EcoAir that failed and thought I may as well get an air purifier in addition to the dehumidifier. However, thinking ahead I went to look for some replacement 3 in 1 filters and cannot find any, even out of stock with EcoAir which makes me concerned.Apart from that it works fine, the aroma sponge and compartment is an afterthought and doesn't really work. I put some lavender oil in it (quite a bit) and it doesn't smell at all. The machines doesn't pass air though it, it just sits in a sealed compartment with some holes in the top which means the smell has to rise and then get blown around by the fan output. Its a failure in design TBH but only worry about that if you want to use.

Great product and features, with a little fine tuning needed.
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Great extraction rate. Has all the feature I need with the aroma box being an added bonus.Would have given the product 5 stars, however it is rather noisy and only has one fan setting when in dry mode. Sometimes the water collected can spill when it needs to be emptied so I don't wait for the tank to completely fill before emptying.

This unit sucks the water out of the air quickly
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

This unit sucks the water out of the air quickly. The air filter is fair but can be made better if you make use of a different filter. The filter that came with the unit is too restrictive. The bad is that if you loss power it does on restart and it has no memory of the settings you made.

You can't deny it works when litres appear in the box.It does a fantastic job when you stick it next to your clothes dryer or in a freshly painted room. The only downside is that the output airflow is quite warm but still more comfortable than the slightly cooler but more humid air that it sucks in.For the hottest days you need an aircon. I use the dehumidifier in spring and autumn.

Love it, has made our home more comfortable for our kids with asthma and eczema. It does suck up a lot of electricity so bare that in mind and I mean it sucks up about £2 or more per half hour either wise I would have rated it much higher. Also quite noisy but you do get used to it especially if your spouse snores like a tractor like mine does

Best dehumidifier i've ever had. Bought two, one for each floor of our farmhouse. Each extracts a bucket-full of water per day. Place is now warmer, mould receded and smells fresher. Brilliant bit of kit.

My original De'longhi demudifier stopped collecting water and we had severe damp and condensation problems in our bungalow. From the moment you switch this unit on you will reap the benefits. The air is much better and there is no condensation on the windows. Excellent product and a lot quieter than De'Longhi models.

20L of water removed in first day!!
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

In 24 hours I've been impressed with this. It's removed 20L of water from the air in one day and I can tell the difference with the quality of air already. I don't think it is noisy and I love the feature of adding essential oils as my flat has smelt damp for a while.Hoping that this will save me from having any problems caused by damp in the future.Easy to use and set up.

I have used this dehumidifier for a few weeks and I am impressed buy its small size and by the fact that I can move it very easily on my wooden floors. I move it from rom to room. The dehumidifies removes a lot of water from the air but is silent enough not to disturb much the house. However, due to the noise I would not recomend having it on while sleeping.
