Received and tried for a week. All is good , but It’s power was too weak.

This works as in the description but it does make a buzzing sound be aware of that.

Very happy with this product...

It is so quiet to run..blows out warmish air and dried my damp bedroom out in 4hours collecting 1.5L of water. Ive had it running for 18hrs non stop and it has used £1 in electric. It collects alot of water at a fast rate. My house feels drier now and my sinuses have improved already. I can 100% recommend this machine its the best.

Unfortunately the dehumidifier came with a two pin plug. Tried it with a shaver adapter and it worked fine for a few hours. Emptied the reservoir and then it stopped working. The shaver adapter was only 1 amp, so don't know if the fuse had blown.Was tempted to change the plug to a three pin, but if that didn't was worried it would invalidate the guarantee. So have decided to return it.Whilst it worked it was good and quiet, so might buy another one from Argos.

Boy does this do what it says it does. Am shocked at the amount of water this amazing machine is taking out of the air and when it's on it's completely stopped any condensation on my windows and internal brickwork where I had what seemed like unstoppable mould grow before. My asthma is so much better with dryer air as I believe moist air is a breeding ground for bacteria, and it also filters dust from the air to. It also dries out my shower room very quickly whereas the extractor fan would take an hour or more previously. It also works very well in my kitchen on laundry dry mode as I still have a vented tumble dryer which steams the room up like a sauna. Was a little surprized that it has a European two pin plug but I soon got over that minor issue with an adaptor. It's an amazing bit of kit at a very good price. Thank you!

If you order this from this supplier it will come with a European plug on it which means you either get an adaptor or you will have to cut the plug off and put on a uk type plug ( not recommended ) !!!!
