It works great, a little out of balance which causes the fan to rattle when on.

Standard white, oscillating desk fan for quite a reasonable price and came very quickly by post. Although the box was a bit battered! It took me quite a bit to figure out how to assemble it, as the manual isn't too helpful. Noise level is minimal however the size of the fan is much bigger than I first expected so it will take up considerable space on a desk although fine in other circumstances.

Bought this when it was a 12” desk fan. Awful!! Literally vibrated itself off a table whilst on level 2. From downstairs when it’s on low in my sons bedroom it sounds like really bad bass playing nearby. The whole casing vibrates and causes the fan to move around. Not a good design, the actual fan itself is quiet but you have to hold all the bits still that vibrate to realise this! Have requested a refund.

I had another fan like this which was excellent, until it broke! Bought this one thinking it would be the same, but it isn't! Easy to put together, but very noisy! We can't use it on the fast speed as it's too noisy to be able to concentrate on anything else. Very disappointed!

Awful awful product. I was not aware that generic meant that all customer got a different fan depending on availability. That should be stated clearly. The particular fan I got had several redundant parts that did not go with the other bits. Looks like I got the part to two different fans. The instructions I got did not match the components I had been sold. The bottom plate doesn't fit to the base, I did not get the small screw that secures the whole thing together, which means it's noisy and rattly. I've managed to get the damn thing working but it's the possibly the poorest product I've ever purchased. I would return in but I honestly can't be bothered. I'll just buy another one from a different company. Other should be aware of the really poor state of this product. The one I got was schallen but there's not much point in giving the model number since the instructions that state the number don't match the product I got although both were stated as being schallen. If you order from this specific place, you might be lucky and get one that works and does what it says on the tin, but I was unlucky and so others have been according to other reviews. I'd suggest buying from a different place.

It has taken me a long time to put this together as the instructions supplied do not match the item PLUS removing the blade nut is an absolute pig!I had two and my second one came off easier allowing me to use a tool and gloves to get the first one off. They both turn the wrong way! Remember righty tighty and lefty loosey? Nope, other way around with these.Once assembled they work well and are quiet. 4 *'s due to instructions being inappropriate.

Easy enough to assemble when you can get the locking nut off but this thing is the nastiest, cheapest pile of junk I've ever come across. On any setting above 1, it jumps around and vibrates like R2D2 break dancing and is completely unstable.Avoid.

I was a bit surprised on the delivery, when i checked tracking it said expected delivery was 1-2months, it arrived 2 days after ordering so that was a relief.Really simple to assemble.It's a cheap product and I guess thats why it stopped working after 3 months, Will try to get it replaced but expecting high delivery return costs will make it pointless. Do yourself a favour and spent a few pounds more for something thats more durable, this one will just cost you money for nothing in return.

The motor also sounds as though it is struggling on the higher settings and I fear that by using these settings continuously the fan is going to burn out pretty quickly. Considering returning as it is not fit for purpose. Other desk fans manage on high speed settings just fine. I would recommend avoiding this fan.

Fan works fine on speed one, but as soon as you turn it up, it sounds like it's shaking itself to death. The knob at the back is loose so shakes creating an awful noise. Not suitable to keep me cool during the night as I can't sleep with the noise

Was quick delivery. But after putting it together which was easy. Found that the first of three speed buttons did not stay on, works if you hold it down. The other two work fine. Asked about the return after explaining what was wrong, got a reply back asking for more details and a photo. How much detail can you give first speed button does not work. I have been waiting a week for reply. Being an engineer I will make something to hold the button down,not going to bother sending it back. Would not recommend or use again, poor customer service.

Made a rattling noise on full speed. Had to use ball of blue tack to stop it. Also had nut missing.

So..it arrived I then looked at the instructions to build took me an hour to figure it out. Cheap and makes so much noise. Not impressed

Excellent product, not too expensive and it does the job. Easy to assemble. Keeps me cool, noise is very quiet so doesn’t disturb any one else in the house.

It’s a bit fiddly to assemble as there are no instructions for that, but once you figure out what goes where, the fan works perfectly well. It’s not too noisy, and it definitely helped me survive summer nights. ;)

Great fan, a good size and easy to operate. I gave four stars as the last small screw was fiddly. Apart from that, happy.

Used on resent camping trip in 2 week heat wave. Lasted extensive use. No problems quite and good air movement. Reccomend.

This fan is excellent value for money. Although it requires assembly, the instructions are minimal. Since its delivery it has worked flawlessly.
