A very good powerful fan. Works well. Obviously having 2 blades it moves a great deal of air so expect to hear the sound of blades moving / cutting rapidly through the air. The workings of the fan are quite. Good value. Bought it for cooling a studio where air conditioning would be over the top and air cooling would produce moisture problem. This fan has done the trick.

Great fan so powerful it nearly blew me out of my window lol its like being in a wind tunnel sure a little bit noisy but its a fair trade off for the cooling effect.Would you rather be cool with a bit of noise that you'll get used to quickly or have a quite fan that has less power that an ants fart i love it as I work nights so have to sleep during the screaming hot day

This fan was a warehouse return and I can understand why. It moves air perfectly well, but makes a rattling noise when it's not oscillating, and half the time when it is! The fan blade and locking nut are very poorly made - they are off-centre and cause my desk to wobble when the fan is at medium power or above.I would love to say you get what you pay for, but selling these fans at £35 new is ridiculous. Save your money and get a cheap £15 one, or spend more for a Rowenta Silence or Meaco that won't be cheaply made. Returned immediately.

Bought this rather than a basic white plastic one. Very impressed for the moneys. Claims to be whisper quiet but it isnt magic so of course it makes a reasonable sound however that's no issue. It looks very smart and well built. Can't fault it.

This is the 2nd Bionaire dual blade fan That I have purchased. The first stopped working after 10 years (not bad). This new improved version is very easy to assemble and only took about 10 minutes. This new version comes with a remote which is a great idea. Some people are complaining that when you start the fan it does not start at the lowest setting but at the previous setting. Lovely cooling breeze with 3 speed settings plus a timer. Only need the 3rd setting for a quick blast as I find settings 1& 2 sufficient.

Great compact size fan , with a good osculation , and air flow , easy to assemble , not particularly high as it’s tallest , but great for in the bedroom or sitting on the sofa height , reasonably quiet

Within a minute of trying this fan out I'm returning it. There is a grinding sound from the gears that control the oscillation of the fan when it's locked from moving left to right and also when it does oscillate then it makes the same noise when at extreme right when it faces you. Not good enough as for this money I'd expect a bit of quality, cheaper fans I've owned haven't had this issue.

This fan is not tall at all. The quality of the fan is worrying, during assembly i noticed the parts felt flimsy, which i did not expect at its price range. There was also rust on the metal frame. The control is behind the fan blades which is not easily accessible. However, the fan looks modern and good.

Not so impressed with the product. Assembling instructions is difficult to understand and stressed trying to fix it, but later got my son to fix it, although the size is too small for the prize, the positive side is that though it's small but the fan works well. Overall I won't buy this fan although I bought the fan due to the trust in the brand but this fan is not as great as I thought .

I'm not going to complain about noise etc... (I bought it as a high velocity fan and expected not be quietest fan out there), speed and cooling factor was great, all was fine until it started slowing down and then stopped completely, didn't managed to get it working ever again, it's in the bin now (less than a year after purchase), and now I have new fan from different manufacturer... overall fan was OK it is just shame that had such a short life-span.

I purchased this item thinking it was a full length standing fan when I assembled the fan was very small in comparison to how it looked in the picture. I followed all instructions and after turning on found out that the blades hit the outer casing which makes a right racket. I will keep it so I can modify a little so the blades to catch on the casing but overall I’m dissatisfied.

Solid build. Nice looking fan. Very powerful and sturdy. Three air settings. Easy to move around the house. You will need a small screwdriver for one screw but easy to assemble. So good I bought more! Not the cheapest and it shows in the quality! Good quality and worth the cost.

Was expecting full sized fan but I didn't actually check the dimensions so that's my own fault. It will go perfectly in my daughter's box room though. Arrived well packaged, easy to assemble and the gun metal finish is quite attractive. Not the quietest but I wouldn't say it's loud either.

The wireless control is definitely a winner when in bed and wanting to turn it on/off!Only down side is, it’s a little shorter than I thought, but apart from that, it’s solid and looks better than some other cheaper variants.Glad I spent a little more buying this one and ignoring the negative reviews!

So, it came and my first impression was that it's smaller than I expected. Okay so the size is mentioned but still. It's very nice to look at, the base is nice a weighty and it's well made. It took less than 10 mins to put together but note - it's either a floor standing fan OR a desk top fan as there are 2 poles. One is adjustable and the shorter one (for the desk) is fixed. So it's not as though you could have it on the desk one minute then on the floor the other. It's much noisier than I thought it would be and perhaps the blades need tweaking a bit, but I wouldn't know how to do that so if it's going to keep me awake at night I may not be keeping it. I happen to have a Db meter so will be checking if it runs at the noise level stated or if that's just something they spin to get them sold. One other thing, in the swivel Mose the motor seems to cut out when at then pick up again as it turns back to the centre. Not sure if that's a feature or not....any how there's my 2 penny's worth. Easy to assemble, as sturdy as you'll need and decent value for money (less that £30) as to me liking it due to the noise and cutting out - that's to be decided. OH BY THE WAY, BROWSED FOR IT ON MY ACCOUNT HAVING LOOKED AT THE SAME PRODUCT ON A COMPETITORS SITE AND IT WAS £29.99, THEN MY HUSBAND LOOKED ON HIS PC AND IT WAS AROUND £54 - FIGURE THAT OUT!

This was the only floor standing fan I could find with a 12" span rather than 16". It is not chrome as advertised but a shiny black finish which stands out like a sore thumb in a room. It is excessively fiddly to assemble - indeed I have not managed to complete it as yet since the clips around the grille do not move. I phoned customer service - a freephone number which is the only positive aspect for the item and while the young lady listened there was nothing she could do except suggest I return the fan!!

This fan is a bit loud when on full blast but my word it moves the air around well. The twin blade setup is very effective and the fan has excellent speed choices and modes and the remote control is very easy to use and does so from quite a distance. I love the natural wind mode which changes the gust speed automatically. It was a bit fiddly to assemble and was quite dear, but the buil quality seems very good so I expect it to last a good few years.

Love this, it was so badly needed after breaking my big fan in the middle of the heat wave. I love the fact it has a timer so if you fall asleep it will shut off, and better still it has a remote, no getting out of bed to switch it off. Runs very smoothly and I find it fairly quiet, I can sleep when its on and that 's a good sign for me. Very happy customer.
