Excellent machine - quiet in operation but really only use 1 programme - 40 degree with 2 rinses. Some of the other programmes seem to take a long time so they never get used but if you have a baby then I am sure the sterilization programme would be useful.
Haven't used the 'add extra items' feature either as I normally make sure that everything is available at the start :)
So in conclusion it's a great washing machine but with a lot of features you may never use.
