Spent a bit more to get what I thought would be a good quality, durable machine. After 17 months the motor broke leaving me having to fork out to have it fixed. As others have said, it often won’t spin the clothes due to the sensors, so you often have to do a separate spin cycle. It is also very noisy and moves around a lot when it does spin. In hindsight I would spend my money elsewhere.
PrettyPurplePersonThe Machine washes well, but it will not spin, I have followed the instructions to the letter, the instructions recommend doing a full load which we have done, but the sensors which seem to monitor the spin cycle are over sensative,, So I will give it a 1 star rating, it is a nice looking machine but it is very very poor on the spin, and more than often the clothes come out of the machine wet, Hoover seem to be building there machines on the Cheap now, I would never buy another Hoover machine again, and also they are very loud and the noise is distracting with a awful wining sound
