We had a few issues with delivery. I’m not sure whether this was Covid related or health and safety? The two delivery men said they could only deliver it to the drive not inside the house. They then also wanted to remove all the packaging for inspection and then leave it on the drive like that with no protection from the elements or to protect it while we tried to manhandle it in the house!! Luckily we have a back gate so they wheeled it round the back and through to the back garden which was a bit more secure to leave it as it’s a huge item which we couldn’t move ourselves without a sack truck. So be aware if ordering. Once in we found there was a fault on the door seal we hadn’t noticed on delivery inspection. However I contacted the suppliers and they arranged for a Samsung engineer to come and replace the door. This was done very promptly and efficiently. The appliance itself is great, plenty of storage space and easy to see what’s in there. Ice and water work well and fridge keeps everything cold and crisp.

A fridge freezer with plenty of room for a family of five. The service from Reg and Rafa at Appliance Electronics was helpful, courteous and considerate. Communications were speedily handled. All excellent.

Product supplied as ordered, so can't fault the merchant. The product itself is great, really well thought out design with great use of space. For example the door shelves are deep enough to place multiple 2ltr milk and drink cartons side by side. Highly recommended.
