I bought this in December and by April it was no longer freezing food. The top 3 freezer compartments feel like a fridge .. and the bottom compartments are not much better. Hoover Warranty repairs are on 03444 995599 but it took me 11 minutes on hold to find that out. I have placed a warranty call for repair with Hoover ... we will see what happens next

Bought the BHK black version 3 months ago. Finish is poor and handles have very sharp edges. Had to swiss file them as dangerous for children. Problems of random freezing in the fridge occured after 30 days followed by total failure of the freezer (compressor) after 3 months. Hoover support is equally poor unresponsive and without empathy. Tin can fridge freezer with matching back up. Will not buy Hoover/Candy products again.
