Wow - what a product. Delivery was great and on time. Unboxed & connected up all within the hour. Runs silent. Great ice & cold water. Really Really pleased would highly recommend and buy again

This is a brilliant appliance. It would have received 5 stars but it wasn’t working when I received it ( I accepted that this can sometimes happen) the service I received from Samsung rectifying this was atrocious telling me that it would take 5 working days for them to approve for a replacement to be sent even though they had the report from the service engineers on there desk stating that because it was brand new they recommend a replacement to be sent.
