After a few weeks, I have lost count of the glitches I have encountered.1) It often takes more than 2+ seconds to unlock.2) Freezes regularly.3) Fingerprint feature has stopped working.4) WhatsApp notifications are not instantaneous. It takes sometimes seconds to get an update. (I doubt it is the WhastApp app that is at fault here.)Would not recommend.

Bought via Gearbest as a cheap work phone. The phone regularly freezes after entering the pin and does not function correctly with Bluetooth. Don't bother, buy a second hand branded phone instead.

After 6 months of some internet surfing use and occasional texts & calls the phone has stopped working completely.When put on to charge but says it is charging but nothing happens.It is totally dead.

I have had to return this model of phone twice now, both with different faults and I haven't bothered to attempt 3rd time lucky.This first phone had really poor picture quality, then despite it only being a few weeks old the battery became harder and harder to charge, then it wouldn't charge at all.....The second phone again had the poor quality camera even though it is advertised as being a good / high quality camera, then the very cheaply made charging point became bent inside as thought the components were made out of very soft metal and the phone was obviously impossible to charge.The 1 star is for how easily and swiftly the seller accepted the fault and advised me that they would accept the refund without question.The phone itself appears robust but I would rather have a working phone than one that does little more than offer protection against being smashed when dropped.

Liked the phone, but the speaker stopped working making speaker phone useless. Have to send it to Poland for repair, no UK repair available.

The phone is good or was for a month now can't use as the ear speaker is not working it's gone so low I can't hear people when speaking to them , unless I use the loud speaker.

Where to start right from the box this phone is glitchy processor struggles with multi tasking, simple games block out and skip seconds? Even my CCTV jumps from 5 to 1o seconds because the phone can't handle live hd?, The finger print wake up works one in five attempts? And won't work with my banks they hate the phone all 5 of them. Battery life seems ok but I can't really do anything with the phone to flatten the battery, calls do not connect via mobile? I find WhatsApp works better and other WiFi phones rather than the one in my hand through 4g.The factory screen protector is pants took that off the screen seems to recognise a touch now.....I suppose you get what you pay for.....Why you always send me junk.........!

I was very disappounted with this phone which I bought as a present for a friend.. The phone has a huge brow and chin which make it very big. It is as big as my 6 inch phone and too big to sit safely in a back pocket for work. It looks well built, but I didn't think they made 5 inch phones this big any more.. If you need.a small waterproof phone you should not buy this one.

Very durable and good battery, buttons are a pain though and take up too much of the screen.Also I don't know if there's an option in settings (I've looked everywhere) but I can't watch a video muted. Even if I turn the volume all the way down you can still hear it playing.

Not impressed that the screen has a crack in it so I don't think it's actually rugged. The screen also is quite scratched after I tried to clean it. I'd ask for a refund but will that really happen. Too much Hassel so I'll just have to deal with it. I would avoid this phone to be used in the outdoors and stick to a decent make instead.

Pro's:
Pretty solid design, rugged form - could survive a bit of abuse in the form of drops and water.

Decent size screen and quality - it's not full HD but I knew that, still it's crips and bright

Cons:
Battery is just ok, it's smaller than my other phone which I appreciate but it's slow to charge and runs low during the day, I wouldn't bank on it lasting a full day of heavy use by which I mean checking work emails on the road and making calls not hammering games or movies.

Will not install the over the air update despite downloading it and trying 6 times - very frustrating because when yo turn the sound off the speakers still plays audio and the update listed should fix this!!!

Sluggish / poor response to fingerprint unlock despite deleting and re-registering several times.

Quick out the box but once it downloaded my apps and even with only a couple open it lags at times.

Overall: It's ok as a rugged phone and will just about do for using in cases where you're worried about taking out a more expensive phone that could get damaged easily by drops or water / dirt but I will be using this on very few occasions due to frustration with the points highlighted in the cons.

fyi phone looks different in real life vs advertised images. I don't have another camera, but you can see from other customer photos the bezels on the real life phone are far larger than the advertised images

Had a previous cubot (king kong) I liked it for the long battery life and how tough it was. Although the alarm didn't work properly all the time sometimes it just wouldn't sound until hours later. Got the quest lite figuring the same thing wasn't going to happen again. However on this phone whenever you make a phone call the screen goes blank and stays blank so you can't hang up or even use the phone. Also the volume buttons don't mute the phone properly. Bit of quality control wouldn't go a miss.
