It’s Given me hard time time to used by writing a basic text it will came up multiple letters to Choose. Perhaps I’d like to returned it but I dispose the packing already. So I only used for call nothing more as I cannot access the internet lan.

It's a nice looking phone easy to use great value for a kids phone but I had problems with this phone it stopped working I had to return which seller was brilliant in dealing with the problem I did some research and it seems that this is a common fault with this phone overall knowing what I know now I wouldn't have one again

Decent solid phone, more suited to the less dexterous person as the touch screen needs a firm press to make sure it works, but saying that for those of you that rant at your phone being too sensitive or not working with gloves, this could be the beasty for you! Also not having wifi means that it is difficult to get those scary huge data bills we hear so much about.Display is good, features are relatively good and for a "normal" more mature user it would be a good solid choice, even without the wifi bit! Let's be honest a bit like cars, we like to read about all the latest bells and whistles, but actually using or needing them? I'm not sure about that, would recommend this phone for a more mature person or someone who needs a phone that will not dial the other side of the world accidently!Read full review...

the reason why i bought it is because is touch and in having internal memory of 1GB and it will serve me for what i want to do with it ,Blackberry is a unique phone that many people have not discover it uniqueness and i discover that lately and is better to be late than not.Thanks for getting back to me

not too happy, cant download anything to phone, texting is a nightmare, and battery life is rubbish!.

first I though there was something wrong with the screen, after learning that its normal, thats how all storm screens are, am loving this phone. internet is 3G. fast am learning to love it

Purchased an unlocked mobile. When it arrived we had to pay a further £20 to have it unlocked from Vodaphone and then the touch screen didnt work.

I don't advise a people to buy this mobile, for me it was the worse mobile that created Blackberry I don't know if this model was like that but the screen is small, you can see the light inside i am so disappointed

Well lets start with a fact I am no techno whizz.The Blackberry 9500 is a great phone with a quirky touch screen that actually clicks when in use a bit like a normal keyboard. The camera is ok but not fantastic. The one feature that I really do miss (my fault did not read up on it that much before purchase) is WiFi you need the 9520 for this function. BBM is a great feature and the main reason for buying as I had broke my contract Blackberry. Overall I rate this phone as good to excellent for the price paid and for it's versatility even without the WiFi.

Relieved to be able to replace my favourite phone without the horrors of having to get used to something new.
Slight disappointment that same apps were not on it as original - e.g. memo pad but this seems determined by which provider the phone was originally set up to be sold through. Also note that if you new phone is set to be sold in another country it will pre-fix all your contact numbers with that code 86 is China! Once you realise this you can just go in and change it and thankfully if you ring one of your numbers without it won't work rather than connecting you! Hopefully I can now have another 4 trouble free years before I have to move on to something else.
