The product documents supplied were in French. A complete factory reset was needed to fix the multiple problems with freezing initial startup process. All sorted with the help of the Internet and almost an hour of software updates. Not a problem! All good........ eventually

Great product and price.

The phone is very good overall - great screen size for what I need. Easy user interface and functionality. Good camera/video and speakers are great for music. My only bugbear is the fingerprint reader - does not recognise me despite how many times I try!

Had phone a year now and super pleased. Battery lost very little in capacity and needs charge only overnight. Phone has only ever frozen once unlike previous Samsung. Only fault I can identify is that phone sometimes goes into aeroplane mode when on call ....something on touch screen and also internet connectivity can sometimes be intermittent. Overall super pleased with purchase .

I have been buying the moto e series of phones since the original E came out, the E3 was a sweet phone and this E4 is even better. The screen quality is better and the version of android is a lot better. The phone is dual sim which really came in handy when my network broke down for 2 days in which I used my backup sim on a different network in the second slot worked very well.One quibble about the dual sim, I had many apps disabled and I found switching from one sim to another enabled some of those disabled apps. Also it managed to erase the passcode for my wifi router.Another quibble is the location of the power button, it's moved down a bit and it's a pain because I still use my E3 and I keep forgetting this..so why didn't I buy the latest E5 I hear you cry? the E4 was cheaper.

This is a great phone, easy to use. You can access the internet and emails, fab little phone.

I spend all my time apologising!I returned the phone for repair... it came back saying "unable to replicate the fault" Within a week it all started again.... I would not recommend the phone... Keep away!!!I am now unable to send it again to repair. What a waste of money.

Bought this moto e4 from buyur it arrived well packed and two days earlier than stated I had telephoned buyur to double check that phone was unlocked,it was described as being sim free but I believe this is not same as unlocked, buyur confirmed it was unlocked.Really happy with phone,easy to set up and use,very happy with price and service from buyur would deal with them again.

Good phone is to compare other similar value phones.

Very good phone, takes a bit of setting to my preferences but after that OK. A bit slippy but that might be being one handed (will be better when it has a case on it. I liked the fact it had a metal back. Camera is OK. The only real criticism I have Bluetooth would not recognise devices now and then. Over all a great budget phone for a great price.

very nice machine so far. Well known product, although not quite easy to set up. Instructions app is on 'phone that is very useful. Battery life of about two days is good.

Had this for 9 months and I absolutely love it. No faults, no problems. Very smooth

I bought this as a refurbished unit at a great saving from Argos with a full 12 month warranty. It came in it's original box and looked as new. I had never had a smart phone before so was a little apprehensive about whether I would be able to fathom out how it all worked. Despite the online manual not being the best I was able to set it up easily and quickly. I have now had the phone for 3 weeks and wonder how I ever managed without one. The battery life is good and I only charge it once a week. Camera is better than I expected and will be using this for my photos from now on. I love the 5.5" screen and find I am using my tablet far less. It has a very quick processor and makes browsing much easier. An excellent phone for the money and would highly recommend.
