Brought this for my daughter, need a phone that wasn't going to break every time she dropped it.She's had it a month now and she is happy with it. So all is good.

After a few weeks, I have lost count of the glitches I have encountered.1) It often takes more than 2+ seconds to unlock.2) Freezes regularly.3) Fingerprint feature has stopped working.4) WhatsApp notifications are not instantaneous. It takes sometimes seconds to get an update. (I doubt it is the WhastApp app that is at fault here.)Would not recommend.

Bought via Gearbest as a cheap work phone. The phone regularly freezes after entering the pin and does not function correctly with Bluetooth. Don't bother, buy a second hand branded phone instead.

First smartphone that I had ever owned (last one was a 15 year old Nokia and battery lasted a week!) found the Cubot Quest Lite very easy to use and set up, battery lasts for one day when you are using it constantly as I was when putting all my contacts in from previous phone - (old sim card would not split smaller so had to send for a new blank 3way sim) but then afterwards for light use and standby it can last a few days. On purchase the battery was flat so would recommend that you charge the battery before use - mine takes about 2 hours to charge from 10% to full and indicator light changes from red to green when charged.Has just the right number of apps to get going and eventhough the email app is for Gmail it will work perfectly with a bt address. Phone is about the same size and weight as the Honor 10 lite but the display screen is smaller and the controls are old style below the screen area so cannot be altered. Op system is Android 9.0 and I do not think that it will upgrade from this (unlike my friends phone the Honor 10 lite which was Android 9.1 at purchase and has now upgraded to 10). Phone works fast even with multiple apps open, I do not use for games but works well for videos. The only extra app I have installed is Whatsapp from the Google play store. Camera is acceptable and colours are fairly true to life. Build is very solid - have not tried dropping or underwater yet!Overall this is a very good impressive first phone and for £100 I think it is great value for money.

After 6 months of some internet surfing use and occasional texts & calls the phone has stopped working completely.When put on to charge but says it is charging but nothing happens.It is totally dead.

I have had to return this model of phone twice now, both with different faults and I haven't bothered to attempt 3rd time lucky.This first phone had really poor picture quality, then despite it only being a few weeks old the battery became harder and harder to charge, then it wouldn't charge at all.....The second phone again had the poor quality camera even though it is advertised as being a good / high quality camera, then the very cheaply made charging point became bent inside as thought the components were made out of very soft metal and the phone was obviously impossible to charge.The 1 star is for how easily and swiftly the seller accepted the fault and advised me that they would accept the refund without question.The phone itself appears robust but I would rather have a working phone than one that does little more than offer protection against being smashed when dropped.

Liked the phone, but the speaker stopped working making speaker phone useless. Have to send it to Poland for repair, no UK repair available.

The phone is good or was for a month now can't use as the ear speaker is not working it's gone so low I can't hear people when speaking to them , unless I use the loud speaker.

Where to start right from the box this phone is glitchy processor struggles with multi tasking, simple games block out and skip seconds? Even my CCTV jumps from 5 to 1o seconds because the phone can't handle live hd?, The finger print wake up works one in five attempts? And won't work with my banks they hate the phone all 5 of them. Battery life seems ok but I can't really do anything with the phone to flatten the battery, calls do not connect via mobile? I find WhatsApp works better and other WiFi phones rather than the one in my hand through 4g.The factory screen protector is pants took that off the screen seems to recognise a touch now.....I suppose you get what you pay for.....Why you always send me junk.........!

Better then lots of high priced phones. I wish the camera could be better, it is ok but beside that it seems really good. Had it for more than 6 months. Going really strong.

if you need a phone in your trouser or jacket pocket all day whilst working this phone is a good compromise between a bulkier more heavily protected armored phone and a fragile unprotected phone , - seems like it will stand falls from waist height pretty well , - it supposedly has corning gorilla glass screen so time will tell if that holds up, - functionality is pretty much standard and fast, - up and down volume controls in the correct position for use when answering a call , - one touch button function very handy to access a selected task quickly.

Good battery life, snappy system and durable.

I have had this phone for a week now ,it's updated to the latest Android version , great phone better than my A40 ,fingerprint sensor is quick, good screen touch response, good camera and waterproof and shockproof should have bought one ages ago ,thank you

I was very disappounted with this phone which I bought as a present for a friend.. The phone has a huge brow and chin which make it very big. It is as big as my 6 inch phone and too big to sit safely in a back pocket for work. It looks well built, but I didn't think they made 5 inch phones this big any more.. If you need.a small waterproof phone you should not buy this one.

There's nothing outstanding about this phone, but it really does work well. For it's price it's extremely good.It's quick, it's smooth, it's definitely robust and waterproof (fully, I can confirm that), and just doesn't give any problems whatsoever. I've had it for a while now, and I have no complaints.If your looking for a general use phone that's cheap and robust, I can't think of anything better than this one, and I've tried a few. The stock android means I haven't seen any difference between previous Sony and Samsung phones.It's a completely solid (in terms of software stability and physical protection) and reliable phone. I shall certainly look at CUBOT when I'm next up for a phone.

Best one ever, really tough and the slimmest tough case phone I've ever had, great display, great battery life, android 9 , incredible price and tracked to the door by the Amazon app, buy it you won't be disappointed

Very durable and good battery, buttons are a pain though and take up too much of the screen.Also I don't know if there's an option in settings (I've looked everywhere) but I can't watch a video muted. Even if I turn the volume all the way down you can still hear it playing.

Tidy phone

It is a cheap phone but it does not break when it falls down and it has pretty much everything a phone needs.Battery life is OK.Some applications are not working well and I sometimes doubt if this could be due to the phone, therefore only 4 stars.
