I've had the phone for nearly 6 months now, I like the functionality, camera, screen, works as expected for a 'budget' phone and from that perspective no real issues. Takes good pictures in the dark. However, with frequent phone use you will need to charge it daily sometimes twice if you are on it all the time, admittedly like myself in lockdown. My previous phones have not been Motorola and their battery life only gets this bad after two or three years when it gets a bit old, this has been like it from the start, and that's with battery saver always on (if not it drains very quickly). I did read somewhere that battery left much to be desired so wasn't too surprised but compared to what I'm used to I won't be keeping it around for too long.
NadineLess than 6 months into having this phone in the midst of working from home during COVID and relying on my phone now more than ever, there are white lines appearing down the screen. It hasn't been damaged or dropped, I'm truly baffed. Really wishing I still had a reliable iPhone at the moment.
Alanna WagherThis phone is so much better than the g5 I had , works really well, even fells like a good phone, been using it now for two months and I haven’t had any problems
derkQuick middle range phone. Perfect for day to day use. Decent camera. Wide angle videos are of a satisfactory quality. Battery lasts for one day of use. Quicker than one vision. Might have something to do with the Sony processor. Overall happy with the purchase
Adrian GogeanNice phone. So far I like it. Got good camera for the price. Good quality cheeper phone
louWanted to love this phone but it's terrible, so glitchy and the connection is terrible ,it drops WiFi when my old iPhone never would and it's never got a good signal, looked at forums and it appears all the Motorola one phones do it so it's going back, very disappointed and the search continues for an iPhone replacement , oh and the battery is bad too
robert devenportWorks great, OS is great and not full of bloat. The phone is quick and the picture look pretty good. Definitely a good phone that charges quickly and amazing at this price.Bought for my elderly parents who find it really easy to use. I looked at all brands and apart from Huawei, this was the best choice.
P. LadI bought the Moto One Vision for my wife & bought the Moto One Action for myself. Great phones & for the price, better than more expensive brands...
Antony PrewettWorks well but battery could be larger.
Trevor Luptonarrived on time seems well built. comes with a plastic protector so do not buy one separately. it was easy to set up, calls nice and clear and seemed fine until after a few days an update of some kind made the sim invisible. i ended up doing a factory re-set. slightly disappointed.
jopeHave had it for more than a month and it's really impressive.. it's the first time I've had a phone that's not for premium money but can't fault it yet.. looks and feels premium, battery life is great, GPS navigation works instantly, photo quality and modes work great too..Only 2 negatives for me.. I couldn't make it screen cast to my TV, that probably is due to android one OS as it only seems to work with Chromecast which I do not have.. DNLA doesn't work either.. can cast to audio devices easily.Update: casting works from inside apps like YouTube.Another issue is that EE in UK do not allow WiFi calling on this phone. Not a big issue if you have a decent coverage.Overall a very good phone, recommended..
Amit SharmaBeen using moto g models for years, decided to change due to constant app crashes. This is so much better for the same price.UPDATE: down to two stars due to having GPS issues. Requested a replacement but spoke to Customer Services and they say I have to return for refund although status is sitting at preparing replacement. I will just wait and see if next update fixes it rather than lose data again. Phone is still OK if you don't depend much on the GPS!
BinionGood screen, good price so far very reliable.
PaulWGreat phone. Intuitive and an excellent choice for my upgrade. I can't understand the negative comments posted here. Perhaps my expectations are lower, I don't know. Only thing I have not used is the facial recognition as everyone I know who employed it has found it very week. That's not to say it would be the same here, but in any case I prefer the fingerprint method. It comes with a gel type case which is handy as it makes it much easier to keep hold of.
caf4926Lovely phone, great feature vs. performance mix with Android One and no bloatware as a result. The action camera is a novelty more-so than something to use often. Main camera is great. My only niggle is the punch hole and lack of video full screen scaling for some apps.
sbradish@eircom.netSolid software with no bloatware. Super quick fingerprint scanner.Face recognition unlock 'CAN' be reliable if you are very careful setting it up, if its not perfect just erase and try again. I have it set up and working instantly 99% of the time. Not sure if it coincides with Lenovo involvement but Hey Motorola! A lot of plastic edges creeping in on budget to mid price phones.Always renowned for good value lower end phones but is this about to change?Been Motorola user for last 4 phones but will be taking a good look elsewhere first next time

Great phone for the price , Android one phones are uncluttered well oiled machines , my first Motorola and I'm sure it won't be the last
Thomas DaviesWHAT A PHONE!!!! For under £200 this phone is well worth the buy. Great screen, good camera and the speakers aren't half bad. I play a bit pubg and was a bit wary that the graphics would be under par, how wrong I was. I had all the settings turned to max and the game play was so smooth it's like playing on a device twice or even three times as much. If your looking for a good all round phone you should definitely choose this one, you have my word.
John bExcellent phone for a good price.
