I've had the phone for nearly 6 months now, I like the functionality, camera, screen, works as expected for a 'budget' phone and from that perspective no real issues. Takes good pictures in the dark. However, with frequent phone use you will need to charge it daily sometimes twice if you are on it all the time, admittedly like myself in lockdown. My previous phones have not been Motorola and their battery life only gets this bad after two or three years when it gets a bit old, this has been like it from the start, and that's with battery saver always on (if not it drains very quickly). I did read somewhere that battery left much to be desired so wasn't too surprised but compared to what I'm used to I won't be keeping it around for too long.
NadineLess than 6 months into having this phone in the midst of working from home during COVID and relying on my phone now more than ever, there are white lines appearing down the screen. It hasn't been damaged or dropped, I'm truly baffed. Really wishing I still had a reliable iPhone at the moment.
Alanna WagherWanted to love this phone but it's terrible, so glitchy and the connection is terrible ,it drops WiFi when my old iPhone never would and it's never got a good signal, looked at forums and it appears all the Motorola one phones do it so it's going back, very disappointed and the search continues for an iPhone replacement , oh and the battery is bad too
robert devenportarrived on time seems well built. comes with a plastic protector so do not buy one separately. it was easy to set up, calls nice and clear and seemed fine until after a few days an update of some kind made the sim invisible. i ended up doing a factory re-set. slightly disappointed.
jopeBeen using moto g models for years, decided to change due to constant app crashes. This is so much better for the same price.UPDATE: down to two stars due to having GPS issues. Requested a replacement but spoke to Customer Services and they say I have to return for refund although status is sitting at preparing replacement. I will just wait and see if next update fixes it rather than lose data again. Phone is still OK if you don't depend much on the GPS!
BinionDreadful, I've loved Motos for years now. The screen is so narrow that Netflix, prime etc all cut off the far left and right of the screen. Also the NFC didn't work.
DuckfaceThe basic phone operation Is standard android but the wide screen aspect is awful total buyers regret on this one. Def wouldn't buy this type of phone again
debrusI had this phone for my daughter for three weeks, the shape isn't to everyone's taste (long, thin) but she liked it and particularly liked the front camera style. She was happy with it until it bootlooped. I sent the phone back to Amazon within 30 days. Some internet research found that it was a common fault with an earlier similar model the one vision. This made my mind up to return the phone.
Ms J. M. HallMy first impressions were good - starts up fairly quickly, nice big screen, responds most of the time when I tap things - sometimes it takes 2 or 3 goes but that's better than previous phones. But I can't find my way around at all. It 'bleats' every time I switch it on and I don't know why. I can't find things like 'settings'. There's a thing at the bottom which keeps going up and down and it makes me feel sea sick. The motorola support pages bear no resemblance whatsoever to what is actually on the phone. Maybe if you're 12 and grew up plugged into one of these infernal devices it's all 'obvious' but for anyone else it's just gibberish.
A. W. GeggAdvert clearly said DUAL SIM but I received a SINGLE SIM phone. It also does not come with earphone. Sending it back to Amazon
