I really liked it for the first while... But now after less than a year the sound is messing up, the screen is glitching and it freezes up all the time... In full disclosure I've dropped a few times, but with a case and screen protector on! It's just not worth it...

Nothing but problems with this device! I'm in the process of either a refund or a replacment.

Good phone especially as I upgraded from another oneplus model. However the phone randomly crashes. This is not good because if like me you use it as an alarm clock and it shuts down in the night, you over sleep. So I find myself waking up to check it still on. Asked amazon to help with this and they suggested wiping the cache which helps for about a week. Could be a one of roughe phone, I shall update when I have talked to amazon again.

Currently I am disappointed, I have received a device with a faulty LCD screen, it had dark patches which are visible on a grey background. Rather annoying. I am currently in contact with Amazon trying to resolve this. Hopefully it's just a one off bad handset and it will be promoting resolved. I also received it opened, the phone was there but the charger was missing, luckily I had a spare from my old OnePlus 6. The delivery seems to be very hot and miss and I'm unsure whether it is/was a warehouse issue or a delivery issue.Other than this downer, the phone is great, it great "bang for buck", camera is good asking with performance and battery.
