I really liked it for the first while... But now after less than a year the sound is messing up, the screen is glitching and it freezes up all the time... In full disclosure I've dropped a few times, but with a case and screen protector on! It's just not worth it...

Really good phone on a decent price

Brilliant phone, always wanted to try OnePlus and wasn't disappointed at all. Fast, clean, responsive and regular updates.

Excellent battery life. I made the switch from an IPhone. I don't regret it. Best decision and much more for your money. I haven't used face recognition.

Another outstanding product from ONEPLUS.I have used OnePlus 3T earlier.Camera works brilliant.Battery life is outstanding.Doesn't need charging for 48 hrs.Really excellent overall

Product received was faulty and had to be sent back to OnePlus (which was a pain) but when it came back i had the chance to use the phone and it's a great phone for the price, I would recommend it to anyone

A very good phone and an improvement over the last model of the Oneplus 6T, if you love everything about the last phone or any of the Oneplus phones, you'll love everything about this phone and as always the speed of the phone is quicker than ever, highly recommended if you're looking for a good android phone for a decent price, money well spent imo

Great value for money

Great phone. Decent battery life and very good specs. Face recognition is excellent. Only problem I would have is that, for me at least, the finger print scanner doesn't work that well. Sometimes it doesn't register my fingerprint correctly, but it isn't a major problem as you can you face recognition to unlock the phone.

The phone came in optimal condition, everything working perfectly couldn't be more happy.

The phone works great and is as good as it says it is, but the delivery took longer than it said it would.

Moving from an iPhone X to this handset was one of the best descisions I made. Its taking a bit to get used to, but it's really good. Great camera, nice screen, and dual sim support :)

Have had the phone for a number of weeks now and am extremely pleased. First, the fingerprint reader is top notch and typically very reliable and quick. There are the odd occasions where it'll take a second or so longer.A quick and bug free upgrade to Android 10 was released soon after I bought it. OnePlus have a reputation for good software support so hope this is a sign of things to come.Battery life has been solid. I'm able to get through 2 days of light-moderate usage before I get to about 20-15%. It'll also get me through a day of heavy usage pretty well.Camera is very decent. Not at the levels of the S10, Pixel or iPhone, but easily capable. Speakers are also very decent with a stereo effect from the top earpiece and bottom speaker.Only negative is that I had to buy a headphone dongle as they don't include one (or a set of earphones) in the box.

Great Phone the software Oxegen 10 and Android 10 are very smooth no glitches at all a very fast phone can't fault it. Recommended.

Bought as an upgrade from 6T; camera is amazing with further improvements to the screen and fingerprint reader. Love it!
