USB-C Charging port FAILED after 2 months of light use
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

I bought this new phone to use as a backup camera for occasional use and handled it carefully. I charged it about once a week as I only use mobiles for the odd text message or call, but noted the USB-C type universal port didn't seem a secure fit. After only 2 months it stopped charging and I found that some pins had bent, even with so little use. I sent it for repair, only to have it returned saying repair not possible as damaged. Two months old with light use and they want me to write this off. It seems it isn't fit for purpose so handle carefully if you are thinking of buying.

Appalling battery life
Reviewed on Argos.co.uk

It's true this phone is a pure android version and easy to use but the hardware on the phone is badly set out and 2 weeks in I'm still struggling to pay with it in shops. The NFC is under the finger print on the back, how can we put our finger on and also touch the reader at the same time?? The battery goes Fromm 100 to 20 just after a few hours of internet and apps thats without watching videos or listening to music. I changed from Huawei to this and I'm kinda regretting that decision.

OK
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

OK but not as good as my old Moto G5S Plus. The inbuilt fingerprint reader (built into the display at the front) doesn't always work first time, and sometimes you can be tapping it for quite a few times before it works. The reds are too bright on the display. You have to unlock the phone when you first turn it on before you can get notifications - which I didn't have to do on my old Moto G5S Plus (apparently all new phones are like this now).I bought this as I thought it would have a better camera but my old Moto G5S plus camera is better. It is also heavier than my old Moto G5S Plus - thinner and longer, so can get more icons on the display on the One Zoom. There are some problems with Android 9. On my old Moto G5S plus (Android 8) when I plugged the phone into my computer to transfer photos, I would get an option to "transfer photos" but on the One Zoom you have to select PTP - had no idea what that meant - had to ring Motorola to find out. Also can't change the sound notification on text messages, so had to ring Motorola to find out how to do that - they told me to uninstall the update for it.Split screen works differently with the One Zoom than it did on my old phone, but that is a feature (or rather, irritation) of Android 9. To use split screen on the One Zoom you have touch the square bottom right, then touch the circle at the top of the app, then touch split screen, then touch the middle of the other app below. All takes longer than it used to.There is no user guide or instructions for the One Zoom yet - not even on the Motorola website.

Massive let down
Reviewed on Argos.co.uk

Bought this based on reviews! Needed something with a good camera and a battery that would last a day. Once all set up I Spoke with Motorola, went through set up incase something draining battery and there was nothing returned to store!! The manager within the store was amazing, friendly and understanding. Would definitely recommend the Altrincham retail Park store but just not this phone. Bought a honor 20 instead and very happy with this one.

Great looking but battery life poor
Reviewed on Argos.co.uk

This is a great looking phone, with good specs only let down by battery life. You would think 3500ma would be fairly good, but the processor obviously is not very well optimised. 4 to 5hrs of screen on time is very poor on a 2019 phone,
