Nice quite machine, instructions need to be clearer, had to go on internet to get info

Extremely sensitive to even a slightly unbalanced load. Often spends a long time trying to reposition load and fails to do so. Only spins in 1 direction when repositioning and ends up with load rolled into a ball, that then won't balance at all. Do I have to pay more for a machine that can spin properly? This is a great washing machine. It’s easy to use and washes well. Lots of programs and fairly quick.

This new washing machine is much quieter than my previous Beko washing machine. It has a night wash mode that's even quieter than the normal modes. Very happy with the purchase

I love this washing machine, it has everything that I was looking for - delay start, quick wash 15 or 30 minutes, also a full load in half the time, it is a really good machine. I'm still learning the program buttons, but I'm getting there. Would recommend - very happy with my purchase. Also the delivery guys were very helpful, pleasant and polite. Can't fault anything.

Excellent. This Bosch replaced our old 14 year old Bosch 1200 Classix. This new one is smarter, simpler, quieter and more economical. The programmer is more than flexible for us - what more functionality would we need? It is significantly quieter than before and does not seem to vibrate as much as the other Bosches we have owned. The programmes appear shorter - and presumably more efficient and therefore much cheaper to run. The 8kg load seems not a lot different to our original 6kg Bosch but it is difficult to tell. The size of the machine looks the same as before.

All in all I am pleased we stayed with Bosch and chose the next evolution in machine technology.

She seems to love it ease of use nice quiet machine which is proving more efficient and less expensive to run than its predecessor Mrs Brown

Lovely and quiet only thing I miss is a spin cycle. You have to use a rinse cycle which you sometimes don’t need

Bought this as a replacement machine. Very impressed so far. Runs very quiet. Previous reviews spoke about instructions not clear. I disagree it is easy to use or to change programs to suite. Good price. What else can I say. Recommended.. Very happy with item.

I previously had a hotpoint. This machine gets things cleaner, removes more water on the spin and is so much quieter. It takes a long time on a normal wash, but with the speed option you can can use more energy but get your washing done in an hour. The eco option is best if you're not in a rush. Also the delay function is handy. So it is quite pricey, but I think it is worth it.

We replaced our old Hotpoint with this Bosch model. The difference is amazing. It is so quiet you hardly know its there. When it spins, again it is really quiet. Cannot fault this machine at all.

Am really happy with my machine took a while to get use to start with all in all very happy.

After having noise and operational problems with a relatively new Beko i decided to buy this Bosch machine after reading which best buy guides and i am so impressed with the way this machine performs to date. It is everything promised and i am beginning to feel confident that my washing is now being done as i would like and it's so quiet. I am thrilled with this machine.

Waited 3 days extra to get this model that has a higher spin and 8kg instead of another 7kg model. So far it has exceeded my expextations. Quiet, energy efficient and easy to use with good range of wash options. Like the duvet option but would say only suitable for summer duvets.
