Mother went after two weeks.good repair service offered replacement. Only trouble was no machine for at least a week.fixed machine the day repair man came.what a difference.

PROGRAMMES FOR 6KG AT 30C RUN FOR 2.25 HOURS WHICH IS WAY TOO LONG.

NONE.. NOISE, SHORT WASH--VERY POOR SPIN, LONG WASH TOO LONG.We should have read the small printbarcode and machine details on the back, we found out after paying for it to be fitted. Not as good as the previous " identical " Bosch machine

Can use one programme most of the time.. Most of the other programmes take a long time to complete and not sure how this equates to energy efficiency.

Having gone from a two person household with a 9kg hotpoint, that died, I thought a 6kg washer would do. with a load of workclothes, two trousers, five t shirts, a sweat shirt, 3 shorts and five socks, weighing less than 5 kilos, the t shirts in the middle didnt even get fully wet. fit for a dolls house unless you want to wash every day, which isnt so 'eco'. tried a pair of full length curtains, rubbish. Wish I could return it. Quiet though. Probably because it doesnt do a 5 kg wash!

Wouldn’t rate it 1 star I would rate it with nothing but can’t. Arrived . When I put clothes in the washing machine it flooded inside the water rised really didn’t go . The door was locked didn’t open even when cycle was finished. Rocks on the floor and make loud booming banging noises and vibrates suggesting it’s faulty . Then it completely stops working!I won’t recommend this product at all!

I do an extra rinse cycle after every washing cycle as I am not happy with the way the clothes are rinsed during the washing cycle. I was told that the machine was not designed for in-drum washing gel/detergents and that was why there was gel left in the in-drum gel dispenser on the woollens and delicates washing cycles. I will try a powder detergent and hope for better results!

The user manual was almost non existent and the machine does not have easily identifiable features

being a domestic appliance engineer for 40 years what a load of rubbish ..steer clear at all costs

Really disappointed with this machine. Bought to replace older version which we loved. This version takes 2 1/4 hrs to wash a cycle at higher temp and spin speed. What busy family can get through their washing at this slow pace ? If we use the easy care cycle options, the cycle is faster but spin speed fixed at lower spin, so clothes are wet. Also no Spin only option. Only Rinse/Drain option which takes 40 mins and Drain option which takes just under 30mins. A real pain to use.
