Compared to the previous model this is rubbish. No wine glasses fit on the glass/ cupshelf due to the cutlery tray and that collects detritus every wash.

Went for Bosch as the last one lasted 10 years. Not disappointed but I would recommend staying with the standard cutlery holder and not this pull out tray at the top. Nice idea but too difficult to load and unload and it reduces the height of the upper shelf so much that it makes it barely usable.
Luckily I had my old lower shelf ( with cut out for cutlery holder) and cutlery holder which was a straight swop so just took the cutlery tray out completely and the height of the top shelf was far more useable..

Quiet. But strange settings. I can do a quick half hour on 45degrees. But if I want it hotter can only do 3hours!!! The half hour one normally does the job though.

Absolutely love this new machine. Our old Bosch of 12 years was not performing very well anymore but we loved how it had lasted and given such good service to a busy family for so long. Researched and found this model. Not dissimilar but with a cutlery tray! Went and looked at it in person at a well know high street retailer, and their price was way higher by £99 pounds. Came back, ordered it, it was here within 2 days and it's gorgeous. Very easy to understand the programmes even for my mum who is a bit confused sometimes by technology, runs so quietly, everything comes out sparkling and its a Bosch so it'll stand the test of time. Would highly recommend. If you're wondering about the cutlery tray rather than a basket, that was our only worry and it works amazingly. So much better than a basket and all the cutlery comes out clean and sparkling. I would highly recommend based on the fact that our old one stood the test of time and this one has just got improvements on it that make it even more super.
