First, the positive, it really washes well and is cavernous in capacity. It takes a few days to fill it up in a 3 person household, so as long as you have enough dishes, it works out pretty cheaply to run. It is rare that you need to rewash any items, something which was commonplace with our old machine. The trays are very flexible, most of the plate holders can be flattened if you're washing pots and pans or large items.Sadly, it's let down by the layout and the poor build quality. If the upper tray is left in the lower position, you can't put standard size plates (27.5cm/ 11inch) in as the spray arm won't be able to rotate. I'm not sure why they've done this as by just raising the upper tray by around 1 to 2cm would have cured this problem.If you put the upper tray in the higher position, taller glasses and larger cups are too tall and we've found it best to remove the plastic cup/ wine glass supports, as they can't be left upright. This is now permanent as we can't wash normal dinner plates with the tray in the lower position.The other issue with our machine was that when the upper tray was in the higher position, it rubbed on the cutlery tray. It was repaired but only when we made a formal complaint. I suspect with a bit of use, this will start happening again as the runners and wheels seem very loose.Lastly, build quality of the trays is pretty poor, everything feels very flimsy. The lower tray when full is very prone to falling off the runners, something that is common to many machines but not to be expected for a flagship machine like this. One of the wheels even fell off, easy to clip back on but not great. The plate holders are prone to flexing too much. The plastic cup inserts on the upper tray need to be removed permanently if you want to use the upper tray for normal glasses and cups if the upper position.Would I buy one again if this one goes wrong, the short answer is no. I would not recommend anyone to buy one as there's too many issues with this model, which is a shame as it really does wash bril

It’s cheaply made, flimsy, the bottom tray swings about all over the place when you pull it out and one of the plastic spoon stands broke as soon as I touched it, It is incredibly small inside and there is no way you could wash a 14 piece dinner service in it .
I appreciate its a first world problem but both my wife and I hate it and wish we had bought another Miele dishwasher. I would not mind but it wasn’t cheap either. It only doesn’t get 1 star because it washes ok (as long as you checked everything will go around when you shut the door).

Excellent dishwasher! This replaced the fully integrated unit we had before but is sooo much better. Fitting the front panel board was easy too as the fittings all lined up perfectly. AO were faultless in their communication and delivery and I would thoroughly recommend them as a supplier.

Absolutely love this dishwasher! It's designed so well, the cutlery tray folds to 1/3rd of the width of I need extra space in the top drawer. Top drawer has 2 heights and best of all, the irritating glass supports can be removed. The bottom drawer has independently folding plate stands so big pans can be put next to plates. And it washes beautifully well and in near silence. Can't believe it took us so long to buy this, it's really really good!
