From day one I getting from Dishwasher Rubber or plastic burning smells when on I am ask for replacement from seller and seller going to replace it, Bosch don't want to replace it Bosch just wanted to repair same thing happened when brought Bosch Oven it had noise from fan I had lots of problems then with Bosch UK. I think Bosch Quality control has gone down they don't seem care about customers. I would buy Bosch products again.

Has been doing the job to a good/acceptable standard in all the ways that matter. But......... Has developed a fault needing an engineer call out in less than two months of very light use. I buy a Bosch for it's reliability accepting that I will get fewer features and less style. But for the same money I could have bought a Hotpoint with a much higher spec instead and the reliability could not be worse than this.

This dishwasher looks great but the opening mechanism is terrible. You have to force it open each time you open it. I have never seen this in a Bosch dishwasher before. So very disappointed.

. This dishwasher is called Silence Plus and should be called Noisy Plus. Very disappointing.

Cleans averagely.. Smells of plastic overheat.

My dishwasher arrived and after a few washes I began to notice a “fishy” plastic smell. Naturally I regret buying it now and will be returning it for a superior brand. I was looking forwards to using my new Bosch dishwasher, but it’s a poor quality product and doesn’t work properly.

Lots of wash cycle options.. Not anywhere near as good as the earlier Bosch dishwasher that I replaced with this new model. Although it has many more features I would rate the wash performance as adequate at best.

Dishwasher proved pretty good. It was not used haavily as there are only 2 of us, however a pump started squealing, when it was not even 3 years old. The standard of the washing declined and fitting a new pump is not economical due to the high price of spare parts. I am disappolnted that we will nowhave ro buy a new machine because a 2 pence pump bearing has faiiled. It may not be another Bosch next time

Appliance looks good, website is rubbish

It is quiet. Cups on top shelf don't seem as clean as I would like

not value for money. doesn't dry up after washnot easy to load dishescycle time is too longoverall not happy with the product

Good dishwasher but don't understand the huge difference in cycle times between the very fast and the next time which is well over an hour. For overnight washing up I pre rinse then use quick wash. A programme which does this would be good.

Just under a year broken down with e-19 code phoned bosch, take so called engineer a week to arrive to fix it. Person on phone rude and was burping couldn't care less attitude terrible customer service. Previous dishwasher was bosch clasixx had that for a good 10 years it was a very good machine hence when it needed replacing we got a bosch again. Bosch is no where near to the performance and standard it once was. We replaced washing machine tumble dryer all bosch and nothing but problems never never getting bosch again you been warned.

This product is fine until you have a breakdown. In the event of our breakdown, Bosch sub-contracted repairs. The subcontractor claims to have called, but no calls recieved on a monitored phone. Bosch 'Customer Service' do not follow up and leave it between you and the subcontractor. Ours lasted 18 months. After a month of trying to get Bosch / Subcontractor out, we gave up on them and bought another machine. NOT a Bosch, I may add.

I brought this a week ago and still have not had a dishwasher programme run through. I keep getting an error code come up and have tried all the trouble shooting ideas. I shall be contacting my supplier. I can't give any star ratings as I simply don't know how it performs!!! Not happy
