Unfortunately it stopped working within the first week. Sometimes it would gas the water and sometimes it would not. Then you could try again with nothing different and it might work properly, might not work at all or might just give very weak gas. Shame because it looks lovely but was defective

It's not brass, it's gold, and it's a bit too shiny for my taste, but it's simply and elegantly designed, fun to use and makes drinking tap water feel like a luxury, without your drinking pleasure being marred by any 'plastic footprint' guilt. I was expecting a spare gasket to be included but couldn't find one anywhere among the packaging, but having contacted the company via the website with a different enquiry, I know they respond to requests. I've calculated that, if it carries on working for a year and a half I'll have saved money over my old favourite sparkling water and I'd say it looks built to last rather longer than that.
