Very happy with my purchase
Mr Austin C SimmondsGreat product. Not one of the cheaper models but I think it’s worth it. In use a lot for toasties and waffles. Very versatile with the option of buying different plates.
DinoReally nice product. Happy with my purchase
MadaLove this, easy to clean, makes nice toasties with the added bonus of additional plates.
Lyndyyes good all round. “but value is high for what it is.
ChezI absolutely love this machine, I bought some extra plates, just the ones I would use and the kids love what you can make. The toaster plates are great you get a really good seal around the edges and so very little leakage (only when your bread is a bit small) so that means all the filling stays inside and less leakage to have to clean up once finished. Cooking is dead easy, just turn on, wait for green light and you're ready to go. When finished switch off and allow to cool, then unclick the plates to remove and give them a wash really easy and not fiddly like the toasted machines that are just toasted makers. We've made doughnuts and that was easy and waffles. The plates come with instruction booklets with four recipes to try, all straight forward and work in the machine. It looks smart sat out and the plates sit in plastic boxes that can be kept up right on a shelf so don't take up too much space, no need to put it in a cupboard because it gets used so much because there's so many different things you can do with it, 16 different plates which is great.
usagExcellent Toasted Sandwich / Snack Maker, I bought extra interchangeable plates (easy to insert / remove and dishwasher safe / easy to clean). I am pleased with the purchase for these purposes, I have also tried and fried mince and eggs in it and it worked well with the lid closed although because of the size, the portions would be small, but it works and is easy to clean, this was a test and for its true purpose (toasted sandwich and snack making it is perfect). I would really like to see an XL version of this product with the same interchangeable plates so that larger portions of snacks and toasted sandwiches could be cooked at one time.
Mr Dean HavelockReally well made snack maker although seriously expensive compared with others on the market. The supplied instructions are pathetic making no mention of cooking times or quantities to use in machine.
TuckysboyExcellent plates, non stick coating is brilliant, I just haven't found the right recipe to make prefect donuts
StaceVariety of removable plates. Seems expensive compared to the Vonchef version
AnthonyWorks great, non stick coating makes this a lot easier to work with.
Alice WhitmoreThis sandwich toaster works well and is easy to clean. It's a bit bulky and quite expensive but it does the job very well.
Mr. K. WalkerI bought this to replace my original Tefal sandwich maker which had given many years deducated service. This is so much more versatile & i have done so much more with it. Only drawback is the recipes which are a leaflet rather than my original book, which i cant now find so i need to keep searching

Guerrilla79I bought one for my youngest daughter to take to university. She loves it. It is space saving, easy to use and to clean. I bought a second for Christmas my other daughter, and will buy one for us for Christmas. I can't express how well thought out the design is. We bought the extra plates from the Tefal shop, £10 per set. We rate it highly, makes sense to have lots of types of plates.
Louise U-WOnce upon a time I had a Tefal thing like this with just three plates. The grill (panini stripes) and finally the waffle maker were used the most. It went to silicon heaven after 20 years plus. I never found anything similar at the time, so compromised with a pricey Sage wafflemaker and a flimsy light flat plate sandwich toaster. This machine tempted me when the price dropped. There is no point moaning about the plate prices. It’s a unique item for adventurous cooks. There are other machines if you want less versatility in one item.It does have a lock..but also the plates are exposed at the sides to provide a steam vent (careful with your hands). This is really essential for cooking in these machines, where you are searing the food on both sides at once, to reduce sogginess.. You get a recipe book in each plate box with 3-4 recipes. To keep things clean, it’s best to use a jug for batter or a piping bag (plastic bag improvised). Don’t overfill the hollowed out plates as the heated mix goes everywhere. The recipes are a bit inconsistent in servings produced, so you’ll just have to learn by trial and error. Most mixes require an hour to rest. Don’t pre grease the plates -I ended. up with overcooked mini doughnuts. Have a mini timer to hand.Right, I’m working my way through which plates I need and how effective they are as it’s a confusing list (which has had a few additions since release).1. Croque monsieur/ Toasted Sandwich plates/ Edge Sealed SandwichAs I didn’t quite like all the squidging of the bread on the included sandwich plate, I went indulgent on this shape- I think I do prefer it. Seems to fit sliced white better,2. Triangular toasted sandwich/ club sandwich. With machine.Produces a nice sealed, well melted cheese sandwich but doesn’t seem to completely fit either commercial sliced white or my Panasonic breadmaker’s smallest loaf. (Unless we put it in the wrong orientation). I can only do one sandwich at once. Alternative plates to use are the toastie plate without the middle division, the panini (grill) pl

I have had mine for almost a year and I love it! I wanted a toastie maker and when I saw the multi-functionality of this machine I decided to get the panini and bagel plates too. The machine is a bit bigger than I expected, and the additional plates come in large boxes so take up quite a bit of space, but obviously much smaller than buying lots of separate machines. I haven't every used the waffle plates, but I am very happy with how the toastie and panini plates work. The bagel plates make quite small bagels, and I have since decided that it is easier to make bagels in the oven. I am very pleased that after a year the machine is still good as new.
NickiI absolutely like this product. Such a easy to use for my daughter’s snack or small dishes.I bought extra panini grill for Beef steak.I am overally satisfied. However you will need to wait until it gets warm to clean. It’s really hot !Anyway I am very happy to use this products.
