Panasonic HC-V180 arrived. Battery put on charge. SIM card fitted. Power on, go to use and power trips. Faulty product. Does not work.
All instructions are in foreign languages. No English. Even Guarantee is in foreign language.
Camera being returned to Amazon for refund. Will consider purchase from other source and different make.
Took video into independent camera shop and even they could not understand the fault.

 Mine came from sotel which is situated in Germany, it came with German instructions but they emailed me an English version after me asking them for one.
The video imagery is good but not the best ever, the sound is slightly echoey and sounding far away but it can still be heard. It takes photos and is very easy to set up. There is no pull out eye view like on traditional video cameras so you have to look at the screen- which you can rotate round and effectively take selfies. It has a couple of fun settings for filming and the zoom button is a great sliding one.

Good for home videos I'd say but the sound could be better.
