Good product

Very good toy, but the picture quality is a little bit disappointing. It needs plenty of light and good conditions. But for this money it is perfect!

Still images come out well and in decent resolution. Video quality is poor. Easy to use and works well with a tripod.

Ignore the colour it's not on your photo anyway so why pay more! Great gadget and handy size.

I am trying a 360° camera for the first time. My initial impression is that it is very easy to set up and use. The images are good. I am still trying to figure out how to do certain things! I was annoyed that every photo had my hands in it. I have therefore had to order a stick, which is arriving tomorrow.

The RICOH theta V is much much better.. you would be better to save your money and buy it instead. This is low entry level kit. If you just want to try it out, get one of these although it will not give the best impression about what you can expect from a 360 camera like the Theta V. SAVE FOR THE V!

Can only charge the camera via a PC, really? What a design flaw and will be going straight back for a refund. What a load of rubbish....

Good 360 but lacks sim car

I was very pleased with the results of this inexpensive gadget - it gives reasonable image quality considering the device and lens size, is small enough to keep in your pocket and fast to use. Ideal when you need to survey with limited time available. Best gadget I've bought for some time!

I love this camera. It is just amazing. The battery lasts ages. The photos are so cool. Would really recommend it.

Firstly, the camera itself is very good. The photo quality is excellent with minimal stitching artefacts, even when viewed in VR. I haven't tried video yet as I mostly bought this for taking photos. It's a shame that the companion app, which is used for changing shoot modes and settings and for remotely triggering the camera is a broken mess which barely ever works properly. The camera connects to my phone but the app doesn't agree and continually disconnects or freezes up. I've found that disabling Bluetooth, and power saving options on the phone (Android) mostly fixes the wifi problems, but it still crashes whenever I try to access the camera settings screen. Also, you can set a timer so you don't always need your phone to trigger the camera from a distance (if you're trying to hide yourself from the shot for example).Even with the terribly frustrating app, I would still recommend the camera due to the price point and the great quality of the photos.

Nicely designed product. Performance as expected. Picture quality is ok but not amaizing when zoomed in.

I bought this because I needed a 360 camera for my business and it’s been absolutely perfect easy to use easy to set up (If you have a Masters degree in technology LOL) but once it’s set up very easy to use

Tried on two phones and WiFi connects, but when you go to use the app it says it isn't connected. Samsung and LG. Don't know what camera is like, no way of telling. Ricoh's "engineers" clearly don't do a whole lot of testing, as others reported same issue.ALSO - tried charging from a regular charger and it won't charge! Even using the supplied lead.Tried several chargers and leads and managed to get it charging by using an express charging lead I have without data cables in it. So basically you can only charge it from a PC or using a specialised cable. It tables 4 hours to charge. So you need to leave connected to your PC for four hours.
