very good lense,, this is a must for full frame cameras,, very fun to use,, and sharp from f2.8 to f22
J. JacksonSamyang is a decent brand which I use for my professional work. I have 14mm f2.8, but went thrugh 4 sampels to get good not de-centred copy. The copy of 12mm Fisheye, I received was much more blurry of the left hand side.

colin palmerI bought this lens in 2016 without realising just how useful it would be. Awesome sharpness, right to the edge of the frame. I have been surprised by how useful it is in wedding situations, where keeping people near the edge of a big group at their proper size/weight can be more important than straight lines. Careful use of the corrections in Photoshop also allows for rectilinear and near-rectilinear results. I have the Nikon 14-24, but if I had to choose only one of the two, this Samyang would now win. I hope my pics can tell the story...
Mr A KingSo sharp! Beautiful lens.
Heebiethis is the third Samyang/Rokinon lens i have purchased. i have the 8mm f/3.5 Fisheye for my Nikon D90 (converted to IR), the 14mm f/2.8 for the Nikon D750 - though it works for the D90 too (no infrared hot-spot). this lens is for the D750 and what a joy it is to use. Manual focus with the Nikon is easy as the rangefinder lights when focus is achieved.the lens is superbly sharp - okay the edges lag a bit but neither Nikon, Canon or any other manufacturer manage to have everything in total focus across the frame at these angles.. Try it once and you will be hooked - your images will take on a new life..Interested?? go for it..

The Samyang 12mm F2.8 ED AS NCS Fisheye is a manual focus lens with a fast maximum aperture. The lens can be precisely controlled when shooting under testing exposure conditions, such as low-light or ultra-bright situations. This lens features 12 lens elements in 8 groups, with 2 glass aspherical (ASP), and 3 extra low dispersion (ED) elements to produce high resolution and contrast. Samyang's Nano Coating System (NCS) optimises light transmission and minimises flare and ghosting. With this optical construction, it has a minimum focus distance of just 20cm and Stereoscopic-Projection optical design delivers a pleasing fisheye distortion effect. There are 7 aperture blades, designed to be almost fully circular when aperture is closed, producing beautiful bokeh. The body of the lens is compact and solid, being made of high-strength aluminium alloy and the detachable petal-shaped lens hood minimizes flare and ghosting by sheltering lens from stray light
