Easy to use, great value for money. Lightweight

We brought this laptop for our daughter going to university in 2019 and she has been using it on a daily basis since then for both her university work and pleasure like watching movies etc. She has been very pleased with it. We didn’t want to spend too much as they go out of date so quickly and didn’t really know what was required by her university ‘course wise’ but this laptop has been fit for purpose and still good for her next year at University.

excellent simple and with modern software, add insurance and software updates to pack for silly price add on.WORK ABSOLUTELY FINE WITH EXTRA STORAGE, AND ONE DRIVE OR CLOUD WILL SORT MOST OF the STORAGE ISSUES.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ANY TROUBLE VIA ONLINE OR PHONE. I DO USE EU VERSION OF HELP PACK FOR YEARS AND THEY ARE BRILLIANT, GO EXTRA MILE FOR CLIENT.STRONGLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL WOMENS` WHO ARE ON A BUDGET AND NEED LEARN ALL THIS SAVY TECH PROGRAMS LIKE WORD , EXEL OR ONE NOTE ...... A good quality light weight laptop. It doesn’t do anything fancy but is ideal for using at home for shopping, social media, homework.

This machine did what I expected. It’s a good value piece of kit.

Ordered as it was in the Amazon Summer Sale, using this for 1st year at uni. Great laptop, easy to use, Cortana pretty much does all the set up for you!Looking forward to using this for uni work etc

Hp laptop very nice and easy to use especially as I am a novice computer user

It's a basic laptop that's good value for money for what it does. I was disappointed in the colour when I first opened the package (although it was as advertised) but this quickly passed when I started to use it. I like the pre-installed Office 365 applications and have enjoyed using the laptop for the few weeks I've had it.

Excellent product well worth the money

Small hard drive space, I didn’t read the full spec tbh. Excellent product though fast for me and I work all day on my laptop.

Nice size neat and compact happy with it .

I’ve only just started using this laptop and I love it. The screen is a good size- I was worried that the screen size would be too small as, previously, I had a bigger laptop with a much larger screen. It is super fast, which I hope doesn’t change when I start using it for all my school work. It is lightweight and the colour is nice- so happy as I couldn’t take my previous laptop anywhere it was so heavy! Great laptop, highly recommend ????????

Nice and light

I like the look of this product no need to set up just plug in the charger connect to the net and off you go. A nice product, good value for money so I'm glad I bought it.

Good laptop at a very good price , bought it for my daughter to play games on it so far shes very pleased with it , slim and light compared to my 5 yr old laptop and good picture quality.
