no storage on it, wont update windows as hasn't enough storage. I've never seen the like. Do not waste your money.

Very small disk space (29gb) which cannot be expanded. The computer uses all this space in the end for system and reserved programmes and apps and games that cannot be uninstalled. Eventually the computer stops being able to update or function as all disk space is taken. Freeing up space protocols achieve nothing useful. I tried storing all my files on an external SD card but this only delays the inevitable. After 10 months the computer is quite useless and will have to be disposed of.

I bought this laptop to replace an older HP model I previously had and to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The laptop moves at a glacial pace and struggles to handle the most basic of requests. Switching between internet tabs nearly almost always crashes and with a dainty 32GB, good luck storing anything on this. The only shining light is that the display is crystal clear but who is buying a laptop just for the clear display?As a result of this experience, I'm going to ensure I do my research thoroughly before my next purchase and will likely avoid HP as my laptop provider of choice.

Bought this to replace a 3 year old laptop that had developed keyboard issues. Chose it because it was HP and had Office subscription - it is the slowest/least responsive laptop I have ever bought, even with most apps that you can remove deleted. I'm still using my old laptop, with an external keyboard, when I need quick access to sites - would not recommend unless you want Office included for £249 and can cope with slow laptop.
All features rated 1 because this is a REALLY slow laptop - doesn't matter how could the screen/camera are if you have to wait 3 minutes for anything to respond

I know it takes a while to adjust to a new PC but I HATE it. I've been trying to download Google Chrome - it has many features I love. Can't be done. It is not allowed with Windows 10S - doesn't say that anywhere I can find in the blurb. I'm an English speaker living in France and use the 'right click, translate to English' feature on Chrome all the time. Not any more. what a waste of money. I'm so annoyed.

Can't decide if it's the laptop or windows 10 it's loaded with, but I don't like it. It's big brother watching everything you do.

When I opened the box I was shocked to see no laptop inside just a packet of printer paper( I think this was to make the box the correct weight)I realised I was conned and the actual new laptop was stolen by a amazon employee
