Be sure to follow the instructions to set the water softener before first use (look at your water company’s website for water hardness level).My only criticism is that the door seems relatively flimsy and can be cumbersome. Other than that the build quality is good. There are organisers in the cutlery tray which we are already finding useful.To the other reviewer (1* salt review), I can only think that you’re trying to use salt in lieu of detergent tablets!
