THE CHARGING WAS FRUSTRATING AND THE CONNECTION PORT IN THE PHONE WAS NOT AT ITS BEST TO KEEP CHARGING WHILE CHARGING , GOES ON AND OFF CHARGING AND WE HAVE TO KEEP ON CHECKING IT .

Received as a birthday present from my son.

I just want a basic phone they i can call people on that's easy to use as my eye sight isn't what it used to be, it has a loud ring tone and is simply to use.

If you want a cheap basic phone that does what it says on the tin then i recommend this.

Good firm large keys however it's run out of battery within few minutes of calling.

Bought for my husband who is unable to use a touch screen phone, and has difficulties with small button phones. Worked for first day, next day turned phone on and it turned it self straight off. Can't get phone to stay on. Would not recommend yhos phone

For the price this has - very clear large icons - key pad and screen a good size for those who have not have good eye sight - and this is a simple to use none complicated phone to use.
