A lovely, easy to use machine. The dual sim means its great not having to use two phones. Very fast response and connectivity. As good if not better than one of the big brand names.
Mr D RyderArrived promptly, so easy to set up - everything transferred from old Android phone within a few minutes. Stacks of storage and very fast compared with old phone (Motorola Moto G4). Still early days, but so far so very good and excellent vfm at £144.95
Mr. S. BroadheadVery cheap smart phones. The quality is far beyond my expectation. Browsing the Web and using Facebook are smooth. The screen is sharp and the hand feels good. I had no idea it could be so cheap.
AkaliQuick delivery. Well packaged. Came with UK plug. Fast apps. Extremely lightweight. Large screen - ideal. Lots of storage. I've never used Oukitel before but wouldn't hesitate again. So far so good ????????
FunLeoThe phone arrived quickly (within 24 hours). The handset is perfect. Large vibrant display. OS Android 9.0 (pie). 6GB RAM and 128GB memory. Can take a 256GB memory card and an extra SIM. Camera is sharp and clear. Comes with a plastic case. Very simple to use and has great features. Incredible value. A fabulous phone. Very happy with purchase.
ELIZA DoolittleI was so impressed with my y4800 I bought this one for my wife. The screen is excellent. Camera is top quality. The memory is more than sufficient and the battery seems to last for ever. Highly recommended.
David SimmonsThis smartphone does not have 48PM CAMERA and NFC.
Vasil IvanovThere needs to be some clarity brought to the fast/quick charge market, this phone says it can quick charge over quick share 2.0 at9v/2amp.. voltage mutiplied by ampage gives you charging wattage so18watts.&the phone came with a 5v/3amp charge plug&cable=15watts&i have sent over5 e mails to the support section of oukitel&never even got a reply,so this phone will be getting sent back before the april9th cut off period..only devices with a qualcomm snapdragon chipset can use quick charge(copyright of quallcom)&since my phone has a helio p70 chipset made by mediatek i need to know what switching charger will safely run at 9v/2amp fast charge&have micro usb not usb -c..ive heard of something called pump express or pump plus for mediatek devices was just wondering if anyone else has found a fast charger that safely works..apart from this which is a very minor issue as its4000Mah battery will get you through atleast8hours of youtube non stop so a full charge overnight will see you through a days work on the device if need be&i got mine on amazon for £169.99 delivered so i dunno where these£300 price tags are coming from but believe me wih128g of internal storage+expandable by another128G sd card+6G of ram makes the phone run fluidly&has all the features of a£500mid range smartphone&some..lacks nfc but i wouldnt use it even if it did..All in all for £169.99 if it got stolen tomorrow i would still go out&replace it with the same model, but they are going to have to give their support team a kick up the butt or it will be going back as they arnt holding up their end of the purchasing agreement &all i want is to know what kind of fast charger will workat9v/2amp 2.0 output, not quick charge,or dash charge, oukitel Y4800 compatible fast charge..
Lee HTo begin with this devise worked fairly well, not stunningly, but good enough for my work applications. the camera resolution is somewhat less that desirable. Audio from the speakers is flawless from at mid-range volume levels. However cutting to the chase, three months after first usage the device is no longer functioning. Display cut out whilst I was using messenger to talk with a customer, battery level was above 70%. After which i tried to plug it into my mains to charge to no avail. Took it to a specialist in my town center, "The devices mother board has failed due to a short within the device, most likely caused by the frame of the device"
Stephen McAngusI refuse to spend several hundred pounds on a smartphone or get a contract that costs £50 a month just to get one. This phone has been great as far as i'm concerned. Calls ok, texts and messages absolutely fine. Quick connection when i need Uber or to check train times. 128Gb storage so i doubt i'll ever need any more. Battery life is good too but i don't stream a lot of videos/music. Had this for a few months and had no problems at all. In my experience there's always going to be someone who has problems with smartphones no matter what the make - this one's been fine.
CSBGood phone but doesn't charge fast like specified in the specs. Will be contacting oukitel about this.

After 4 weeks intensive use of Oukitel Y4800, I feel compelled to say something about this lovely mobile.1. Oukitel or Samsung?Ever heard of Oukitel? Most probably not but I do have as Oukitel developed a mobile with a 10000mAh battery! Samsung? Nearly everybody is familiar with it, and me either. I started using Samsung Galxy Note 3 many years ago and spent close to £800 for a dual sim model 2 years ago. Why Oukitel this time? Note 10 remains too expensive and I'd love to try newbies especially it is under £200 and in particular recommended by a close friend.I will do a simple comparison between Oukitel Y4800 and my Galaxy Note which now sells above £200 on Amazon2. Brilliant design and great presentationBeing the first device of a youth series, Oukitel Y4800 has a very nice design and great presentation. Forget about the decent box, I was amazed when I peeled off the film and put it back - beautiful, dynamic and touching. The start up screens were so amazing that I felt standing in front of a palace! I love the dew drop notch which makes the phone cool and attractive2. Easy setup, effortless transfer, and general feelingI used Google assistant hence the setup was straightforward and The most effortless transfer ever. I got nearly everything I used in my old phone. All I need was to register my fingerprints and seemed I didn't change my phone! The user manual was simply useless as I didn't use it at all. Generally speaking, nearly everything is better/faster compared to my old phone.3. Battery, of course much improved. No cliché but with 4,000mAh battery It can easily last for a day
Tom's CornerThis is a pretty good smartphone. The screen is bright and clear with this amount of memory and storage apps run quickly.I am impressed by how well it picks up 4G - I am getting 59mbps download speed on Giffgaff in a city centre location which is better than my previous phone..No problems hooking up to WiFi and the location stuff works great with Google maps and Sygic.Overall, I am very impressed.--Edit--I forgot to mention the camera.. The main camera in this phone is pretty good. The standard camera app includes some nice bits like slow-motion video and settings for night, panorama, portrait and others - for getting a bit more serious I popped the Lightroom app on and use the camera in that.Images are sharp, colours are rendered well and there is very little lag between pressing the shutter button and the photo being taken.I didn't bother taking my camera on holiday last week and relied on the camera in this phone - I got some fairly decent pictures..
carvjoI've been using this phone for a good few months and I'm really impressed. I was a lifelong apple user but the price tags are absurd now so after struggling through other android brands to find something decent I've finally found one and I'll never go back. It's easy to use, it's fast, runs games and multiple apps with no problem .Built in call recorder , WiFi and Bluetooth settings very simple for connecting various smart devices speakers etcNO NASTY POP UPS FROM MANUFACTURERSCamera quality is good, probably not as good as the very expensive phones but it's more than adequate
ColleenBought for My wife and is very pleased with the quality
colin earnshawGreat Phone! I'm done spending on name brand phones
GrantGreat phone. Best battery life I have ever had.
JohnnyMy rather nice S3 Pro got dropped in the summer when I had a fall. It still worked but somehow the cracked screen and the occasional lock up which the damaged caused became an issue so I was looking for a replacement and the S3 Pro was no longer available. This phone at under £180 is good value for a top end budget phone and includes so many features. One thing to remember about Android phones is that so many of the features like face recognition, voice control and so on come with Android anyway so there is no great advantage to spending up to £1000 for a branded phone from that point of view a budget phone will be just as good, sometimes even a little better as they will not have a lot of bloatware foisted on top of Android. On the other hand the software does need good hardware for some things like taking photos, displaying data, connecting to networks and doing navigation so a top of the range budget phone like this one will be better than most of the really cheap ones that cost less than £100. The power saving intelligence of Android 9 is also something that all Android 9 phones share.
Here are some my reasons for paying little more and buying this phone
This phone does rather stand out as it has an Oct Core CPU, 6 GB of system RAM and 128 GB of user RAM (Sometimes called ROM), it can take a TF card as well as two SIMS however with 126 GB of user memory for apps, photos and general data it may be quite a few years before I need to think of getting one. The screen too is really nice being full HD and very good contrast and clarity. That matters to me as I do a lot of browsing and reading using my phone. The camera is great at 48Mp, too be honest that's more than you need your eyes can do 3 but its also got a telephoto for 2x zoom I think that might have the 5 MP sensor. I need to play with the resolution settings because it looks as if you can turn it down, I need to take some photos and check to see what the device actually does. Another camera feature is the night shot mode which migh

Mr. C. Clarke-williamsThe phone would have been excellent if the WiFi didn't keep disconnecting, making it very annoying and unusable. Otherwise the build and cameras were excellent for the price. Shame about the connectivity. Quick delivery and easy process to return the product back to amazon.
