I got this as an upgrade. Sadly the system is slower than the last phonem the battery last for days it's great. The wifi and 4g all work great. The system when using is just very slow. The Sat nav is also slow the camera is good.

I bought this phone for my son’s birthday. He was very excited and set it all up. All seemed to be running well until we put in a SIM card. It would not accept the SIM. After much time wasted, we returned it for a refund. This took 10 days. Once refunded, I purchased another. (We had already purchased a screen cover and case and did not want to waste money/ these products.) The replacement phone arrived today. I bought another SIM card just to be sure. This phone has exactly the same problem. The phone is not fit for purpose. I will be returning this phone as well.

It is a nice looking phone with a large screen. But my main criteria for buying the phone was that the spec states that it will take 2 sim cards plus an SD card. But it will only accept, 2 sim cards or 1 sim card and a SD card. which means I am going to have to carry 2 phones all the time. I feel that I have been conned. Not a happy bunny.
