I bought my arctic-plus from a different site, but wanted to advise other customers about the itemThe manual says you can add ice ....I am confused as to how i can add ICE to my arctic plus: the water fill port will accept only water - and one has to use a jug or watering can. Icecubes are too large to fit through. This should not be advertised as able to add ice. i would not have bought this had I known how small the water port was (despite its large capacity). (to add ice, one has to unscrew around 7 screws to take the back off (this is also the quickest way to fill the machine as 60 litres added by jug or watering can takes a LONG time)It is not ARCTIC at allI think the smaller unit accepts water in a different way - so maybe that one can add iceIt is also advertised as quiet - it could not be described as quiet in any circumstances. We have ours switched on at night to keep the house cool so we can sleep, but, it is downstairs and even then, we have to use ear plugs - it is so noisy!)Maybe it is better in a large space (though I can't see how it can cool a large space, it barely cools the house - we keep it in the hall).

It was a good unit for the money but on the large size for our small office.
