Product seems to do what it says, surprised that the product seemed used and repackaged. Nowhere did I see it says used, 2nd hand but the unit wasn't sealed in plastic, and the box was also resealed indicating it had been opened and maybe used.

LukeI was really happy with the product; I own reptiles and this product helped a lot to keep the room cooler until unfortunately my one broke. Which was really sad because it did help out the room a lot. However they did kindly give me a full refund. Very good product and great customer service!
Amazon Customeri was expecting a air conditioner but its not it is just a cooler and not at all what i wanted

Use it as a fan to move air around or put water in the hopper and it will provide humidity in a warm room, add ice to the water tank and get cool air flowing. Now the room is cooling wonderfuly

It doesn't cool the air. We used it for the very hot days we have had in the UK to cool our daughters room. It is basically an expensive fan. You can add what for a humidifying function. It does not cool the air as far as we can see but it does circulate it. I would not spend this amount again and wish we could send it back but we had to add a UK plug to it as it was sent with an American two pin.
