Slightly heavy and cumbersome to manoeuvre.
ArtComes with 2 separate head types, one of which is difficult to use - great suction as you would expect. Small capacity in the collection cylinderso needs to be emptied frequently.
TwNot looking after costumer
Amazon CustomerI like the powerful suction. But be warned - it’s really hard work. I keep having to take breaks when using it. It’s got to the stage where I dread having to use it. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Ms. P. McewanDon’t waste your money the suction goe, be better just buying a cheap hoover.
Thomas ColemanFilter needs constant cleaning and container needs emptying constantly. Suction not powerful enough and now I can hear air leaking out of the handle
Stephen BlackburnThis thing has more jams than Hartley's, the suction is pathetic, it constantly needs disassembly to clear the hoses, junctions, heads etc. It is also utterly useless for picking up pet hair and what little it does pick up clogs in the dust collector, so I have to put my hand in there to pull the dust and hair out. The curved tube where the hose meets the body is a complete pain in the backside to clean out, and seems to block on a weekly basis. A complete triumph of advertising over both quality and function.
I've now bought a Henry and it just works.

SPBPractically sucks the wool out the carpet leaving bits behind so you have to remove head all the time to redo the carpet. far too powerful have it turned down to 0 but still overpowered.cylinder really cheap plastic and not easy to reassemble( bad design ) especially when you pay so much I’ve used Dysons for last 25 yrs and have never used one like this, defo don’t recommend this one ????????
AJBI regret buying this thing. It’s too awkward and clunky. It takes up half a room for storage. Just go with an upright.
Ryan S. MitchellWow, bought this for Christmas and I’ve only just been discharged from the hospital now. A warning to all the blokes out there, this ball cleaner is actually a vacuum cleaner!!
Colin duffyHave struggled with this for years. It’s expensive plasticky rubbish. Get yourself a Henry
BenitorroGood item but didnt come with pet attachment so a bit dissapointing as was the reason we purchased. But cant fault the unit its self
Amazon Customerreturned as did not come with pet tool.not the easiest of cylinders to empty
SIMON PETER HALLThere is no pet accessory
didier andreits too big to handle. Design looks good but doesn't do good on carpets.. not good for small spaces.
GSVPoor design means I'm constantly having to disassemble this vacuum to clear out the gunk that gums it up. Would not buy a Dyson again.
Joanne TuckYou will need the 5 year warranty because you are likely to be taking it back often enough. These things are smart enough designs but they go wrong more than most vacuum cleaners in my limited experience. Would not buy Dyson again. If you are the sort of person who just has to have an Apple iPhone because of the name you will probably like it.
Karl MarxThe DC28c Musclehead has been engineered to provide high dust and dirt removal on all floors, not just carpets. Thanks to its dual-mode floor tool, you can switch between hard floors and carpets with a simple push of a button. There is also a lightweight adjustable wand that extends to the length you need for tackling those hard-to-reach areas. Using radial root cyclone technology, the dc28c musclehead is capable of capturing the dust, dirt and microscopic particles that other vacuum's may miss. It features innovative ball technology that provides greater control around furniture and awkward spaces. And because there are no wheels, you do not need to partake in the awkward 'back and forth' motion of traditional vacuum cleaners. It requires no replacement bags or filters, and with no loss of suction you can be sure that it will make the task of cleaning around the home a lot easier. This version of the dc28c comes with a musclehead floor tool, dyson's most efficient floor head on hard surfaces, that also self-adjusts across all floor types and has a low profile for cleaning under furniture. Multi cyclonic technology. Pet tool included. HEPA filter. Hose stretches up to 10m. Dust capacity 2 litres. Automatic cord rewind. Foot operated cord rewind. Adjustable floorhead. Includes mattress nozzle, crevice nozzle, upholstery nozzle, dusting brush, combination floor nozzle. Telescopic extension tubes. Suitable for carpets and hard floor. 6.5m power cord. DB84 noise level. 28 kWh usage per year.
