This is fabulous. Very light to manoeuvre, super long hose and great suction. Liked it so much I also bought its smaller cousin.
CarolineDoes what it says it should do however my main gripe is that the fittings are very weak and after a few sessions around the garage floor, the ends have worn down badly. Why not make a round, wide mouthed end made from durable hard plastic to use on abrasive surfaces like patios and garage floors. I've had to heat shrink a fruit bottle end to the end of my hose to prevent from rubbing down further....not good. Tbh, in the process of returning if I cant come up with a plan for the hose end?
BrettI bought this for cleaning my garage and the like but within perhaps 6 uses the light weight plastic head snapped, the vacuum seems well made but its a shame they paired it with cheap plastic parts.
Andrew porterBought this to replace a Karcher WD3.500P which broke as I wanted a vacuum with a power tool feed socket. The Nilfisk is nice and powerful and also pretty light. Easily as powerful as my broken Karcher. The internal filter is huge and the bin will take a numatic bag which is pretty good because they are good quality and cheap. The vac itself holds all the tools on the body of the machine, the hose wraps around and locks into some storage clips which is a nice touch. The lead stores around the handle at the top of the machine and the pipes fit into the base. The machine arrived and I used it to clean up my shed and then vac out the car, then I noticed the hose pipe end had a split in it.It literally lasted one day.The material it is made from seems quite brittle.Amazon are replacing it but I’m rather disappointed that it lasted literally 30 minutes out of the box.
Mr CrispI bought this to use in my house . i am delighted with the product! Good suction power, plenty of hose, with use accessories fpr reaching awkward corners . Machine is stable , quieter than previous upright vacuum cleaner, and cost about half as much ...but it is not quite so easy to stow away.
MICHAEL TI bought this for vacuum cleaning for a construction site after recommendations on other websites and were really happy with the suction and ease of operation but the vacuum cleaner lasted only 5 months before completely stopped working. The guarantee as per Nilfisk websites is 2 years but does not apply for commercial use which I did not know before.
TerezaSuperb product, I’d wish I’d got this sooner! It’s powerful and comes fully equipped. I couldn’t recommend this more, love it! Brilliant for the workshop, garage, car and home...
Sean A DawsonNeeded to replace my ageing Henry vacuum for workshop dust extraction on power tools. Agonised for ages about purchasing this vacuum due to mixed reviews and because I really wanted a Festool one.... but they’re 3 - 4 times the price of this! So glad I decided to go with the Nilfisk, great build quality and suction power - even when routed through my cyclone drum. The power tool accessory power socket with auto vacuum start is a massive bonus. Overall very pleased with purchase.
MysterionUse it for vehicĺe cleaning, it is excellent.
S & L FraserWhat a tremendous machine this is. Great for clearing up your workshop but can be used in the house too. Excellent suction power. The facility to use to with power tools is really good and it works great attached to my sawbench, sander, jigsaw etc amd saves lots of dust and clearing up.
Kindle CustomerGreat for indoors dust and debris; less good for leaves etc outside - nozzle sometimes gets blocked.
A. BowermanIt is large but very happy with performance.
leaonhBought it as a dust extraction device as it appears not acceptable using the household vacuum cleaner in the workshop. Feels very tough and utilitarian and just what I needed in my workshop. Also I reckon it'll do the car and van a treat. The power take off works superbly when hooked up to the suction and left my workplace cleaner than ever. Technically you could call it a vacuum cleaner but for those big boys who like big toys it's a dust extraction device...
WattoGreat machine. So useful with my power tools.
M A BUTCHERCannot fault it after a month of use in a workshop. Please note I use this in conjunction with a Cyclone attachment (Oneida dust deputy) so filters and bag stay clean (never change a bag again - unless you knock it over ....Opps!).Relatively quiet for a big vacuum cleaner. Long hose (4m) gives more freedom when used as a tool extractor.Would recommend.
Ray LewisWatch out it does not have a thermal trip so if used it for an extended time the moter burns out!
design_manThis vacuum is great. I’ve been using it for general site clean up when I’m decorating or doing carpentry in houses. The long hose is a great help too.
Stapeseightmy small domestic vacuum cleaner has three times more power than this specialist. such a pebble as in the picture was a big problem. after switching off everything from the pipe falls back.
MonikaI wish I had bought one of these sooner. I’ve been using a cheap cylinder vac for dust extraction, etc. for my business, but it wasn’t up to the job. This, however, is more than capable. It’s fairly quiet, powerful and the real bonus is the power socket on the vac. This means as soon as I start sanding, for example, the vac kicks in. Seems quite good on vacuuming floors. The only down side is it’s size. It’s a bit of a beast. However, it blows away the old vacs I have used! Well recommended.
Rustic1Good quality vacuum not the cheapest but works very well and the blower mode is really useful,

The very first Nilfisk, which was also the first electric vacuum cleaner in Europe, was introduced in 1910 – developed and patented by the Danish electro technician Peter Andersen Fisker. This product is still an icon among cleaning designs in Denmark and around Europe. Nilfisk has come a long way since 1910. Today, the Nilfisk product family has grown and expanded to other areas of the cleaning spectrum. Still based on the workings of the vacuum motor but with extended expert proficiencies like steaming, water suction, pressure cleaning, etc., Nilfisk is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of professional cleaning equipment.
