Disappointing. I used one or two time per week and after 5 month its broken.

The machine itself is great quality which is why the flimsiness of the main hose, tubing and attachments really lets it down. Why do this? After one session the main large end tube provided is showing significant wear and changing between large end tube and brush fitting is a nightmare if you need to do it frequently. It has really affected my satsfaction with using the machine. Is there any option to upgrade the fittings Karcher?

As dry vacuum cleaner is not strong enough and brush does not collect all bits. Very disappointed. Will not recommend this item.As wet vacuum cleaner even more worse. Enclosed instruction does not properly explain how this hover functioning and which button to use. I found part (round black plastic peace) which wasn't explained in the instruction book, and did not know whether it is important or not. Try to wash with and without, water was coming itself without pressing any buttons. During the washing for double bedroom I have used 3 tanks of water and only collect 1. All water staid in the carpet and it was very wet, and after 2 days start smell. There is also not explained water temperature can be used.Obviously I request to return this item and it took Karcher more then 1 month to return to me via email offering me 50% of the total cost or I have to take it back. Not wanting this useless hover I had to agree to return it back to me. And please see what I have received. Images attached.I have send back in original box, fully protected exactly as received. Mine was with UK Plug i have received with broken European plug, no pipes, no brushes, no instruction enclosed.
