Good product

Very good vacuum cleaner and good power. Comes with a bunch of accessories which are useful. Overall, great item and good value for money.

Love how light and powerful it is but unfortunately the metal part does not fit into the hose so have to hold it or tape it which is really annoying!!

Handle and long extension tube do not fit together properly and keeps coming apart. Others have said the same. Cannot understand how Russell Hobbs have put their name to this. Very disappointed.

Only used a 4-5 times, filters cleaned but will not suck (Not even a small piece of dust). Recommend DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!

Bought this as a replacement for my Vax vac... got it at a great price... and has been great so far....It's light and easy to use & empty, and comes with all the attachments I could need.

Not the greatest on hard floors, as the handle works loose and falls off - the attachments are cheap and flimsy.Wouldn't recommend this item

We chose this machine as our last (different make and model) purchase lasted exactly three uses; as this model was highly recommended, we thought we'd be safe with it, but sadly, we were mistaken. The on/off switch refused to stay on about eight times out of ten; and the nozzle didn't fit in the extension tube so it fell off all the time. I don't know if we're just unlucky or what, but we have now had to purchase yet another different machine- hopefully it'll be third time lucky...We have had to return this for a refund. I wouldn't recommend it.

Its not bad. It does the job. however the suction could be much better.I also find it bit expensive and quality is not that great either.

In summer 2016 I bought a Russell Hobbs 'Turbo Cyclonic Pro Bagless Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner' (model RHCV20SB03). After six months of using it I decided to let Russell Hobbs know my thoughts about a number of design issues. Following this, they sent me a RHCV2103 to review (free of charge) - please note, this opinions are my own.I think its right to say that the difference in price (£20) between my previous model and this one is clear; as they say, you get what you pay for! The power control makes a huge difference across varying floor surfaces and types. The attachments are incredibly robust and effective. Instead of a 'combi-tool' trying to be a master of all and ultimately resulting in being a jack of non (as supplied with the previous model), each separate tool is certainly a master of its function on the RHCV2103. The slim nozzle works great and no longer 'whistles' like the 'combi-tool' previously did on the previous model. The cleaning head is much better - it rolls on the floor easily (presumably due to the small wheels). The press down system works much better and doesn't get stuck on vinyl surfaces, probably due to the ridges in the improved plastic moulded design.The vacuum is much quieter and feels sturdier in almost every aspect and I would recommend it to anyone. Also, it's certainly value for money in regards to other, higher priced brands and models.Two areas of constructive criticism. The two locking 'grooves' under the main handle are positioned in a slightly awkward position as they interrupt one's grip when using the vacuum cleaner. Also, its quite surprising that vacuum cleaner manufacturers don't improve the connection between the flexible hose handle and the silver, extendable extension - these always have 'give' in them during use (maybe a more specific slot+lock mechanism would be better!)All in all, a fantastic product.

Compact cleaner. Good suction for a small appliance. Easy to remove the cylinder to empty and clean. Moves easily on both carpet and wood flooring.
