The seller sells a vacuum cleaner other than the one pictured.
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

The item does not match the description and photo. This is a completely different model of the vacuum cleaner than in the pictures. This is energy class C, and not as the seller said that energy class A.

I wouldn't recommend this machine at all. Stick to bagged Miele!
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

I'm very unimpressed with this machine so far.Compared to my previous bagged Miele, this is a very cumbersome machine. The pathways through the cyclone aren't big enough to cope with any larger items. So, if you pick up something like a tissue or, worse, a sock, the whole machine clogs! For just vacuuming carpets and floors, it's fine, but you need to be really careful to avoid anything big and I'm not entirely convinced the filters are doing a great job either as I've seen quite a bit of dust in the pathway to the motor and HEPA filter, meaning it must be getting past the cyclone and primary filter.I'll give it a few months, but I really couldn't recommend this machine, particularly at the price.Get yourself a Miele bagged vacuum instead. They're fantastic machines. This is really not up to Miele's usual standards.Very disappointed. Also, the retailer sent me this machine with a continental European plug, so I have had to fit a permanent adaptor plug.
