Anna RamsayDelivered next day. Suction is great easy to put together . Had to turn the suction down a bit on some of my carpets easy to empty. Easy to use good to have all tools on board. I have no stairs so can't comment on that. Like the light that tells me the brushes are on and swivel head perfect. So so quiet. The only thing is it could do with is a longer flex.

David SpoonerGood points are:The suction is fantastic and I am delighted with things it picks up.The hose stretches more than my last vacuum.The cord is a lot longer too.The bad points:It is too heavy to use on the stairs.The hose will not stretch to the last 5 stairs.I don't have the strength to take it up the stairs, so I rely on my little hand held one for them.You can see the difference too.However,it is well worth the money and I would buy again.I would have given 5 stars had it have been lighter.
