Had this hoover on June, had to have repaired in November and it is now broken again with the same issues.Company does not reply for me to return the item for a credit as I am very unhappy with this item

Product advertised as 1250W - but in fact is only 800W. Also - two weeks later - same model advertised elsewhere, cheaper price and with additional tools. Nice machine and quite powerful compared to our other vacuum cleaners.

I regret for that purchase.I ordered T10/1 because Karcher described their professional series as supremely robust, but now, I have one damaged vacuum cleaner, without to have any support from neither sales nor manufacturer. Here is what happened.When courier delivery package, there was large red sticker on the box which states: "Please check machine before signing for package. Chemtec cannot accept responsibility for machines reported damaged after they have been signed for in good condition. Alternatively sign 'unchecked carrier could not wait”Because on a first spot everything looks fine, I sign papers. What was my surprise when later, in few days, I found a crack below handle of upper plastic body and rise warranty claim – first to Sales, after that to Karcher UK office and finally to Karcher local BG office (because we relocate ourselves in BG in same time) here are their reactions:Chemtec – completely refuse to take any responsibility, because of signed papers … they limit their responsibility to put a stiker ?! After that they blame me for that I was break device somehow…in relocation…?Karcher UK – they discus with supplier without any result and suggest me to contact local office with international warranty claim because of relocation.Karcher Bulgarian local office – propose to delivery me spare part - plastic body, offering price around 70% of price of VC ! refusing any international warranty blaming transportation for that case.What is finally my opinion with T10?After choosing of karcher professional series T10/1 described as “machine is a supremely robust, functional and …” What I receive?I receive a broken appliance because of:poor design of plastic body? and/orpoor design of packaging ? – I mean missing of supporting styropors around machine into box. and/orreally apathetic sales representative also Karcher offices ?I really do not like this.I do NOT suggest anyone to buy karcher vacuum cleaneror to interact with Karcher Center Chemtec UK.
