For a refurbished propuct it’s like new. Packed properly and neatly with a good price too. For many years I’ve been using other models beginning with V, Hoover is a name you can rely on.

As a between hoover it’s ok the pet hair brush attachment is next to useless(I have a short hair dog) and it doesn’t hoover anything bigger than a pea for me (have to brush the carpet before hoovering) but as I wasn’t expecting miracles and only got it while my upright is being fixed it’s ok I guess

Picks up well but don't appear to be able to change the heads. Got to investigate further as it's in our holiday home and I havn't studied it properly, the problems are what she who has to be obeyed has told me and I haven't sudied it yet

Not good for a carpets at all.I am very disappointed.I have to buy new filters very so oftene.Wast of money.

Absolute rubbish. Almost no discernible suction. Picks up dust and very fine particles; anything larger - and I'm talking tiny pieces of fluff, for instances - is just pushed around or drops out moments later. Emptied and checked filters and hose - made no difference. A duff product - avoid.

Another hassle free purchase and Delivery. Cheap reliable item. Fantastic suction for such a small machine. Easy to use and empty. Picks up fantastically on carpets and hard floors

Poor design, poor performance, noisy as hell, great dissapointment. The brand should guarantee at least adequate appliance. The axle wheels under the suction attachement accumulated dogs hair after three uses and fell off, the hoover generates the noise similar to small plane and doesn't suck at all...had it for 7 weeks now and looking for replacement...

Light weight. Practical to use, adjusts easily from carpet to hard floor and vice versa. Easy to empty. Maintenace seems straight forward.
