it is hardly dusted. It pulls only one way. When the pipe is pulled towards itself. not comfortable. you can get tired quickly when cleaning.

I bought this Hoover for an elderly lady , as it it light weight and easy to man over for her . Also there is no messing around changing dust bags and going online to re order new dust bags , as this is a bag less Hoover . Small nest and compact ideal for her small apartment and easily fits into her hallway cupboard .

Bought this to replace my old Dyson which I had for 20 years, and it does not perform anywhere near as well. It is not powerful enough for deep pile carpets. It fills up and loses suction very quickly, which means you are constantly messing about with it. It is pretty quiet and light. though. I wish I had spent the money and bought a quality vacuum cleaner. Don't think this one will last 20 years.

The price was great but the product is awful. Very plastic and not very good to use.

I am very unsatisfied with the quality of the product it will not even pick up a small stone the size of a half a finger tip. Moreover the customer service was honestly 0/10 very rude and inappropriate i wish i never bought it or spoke to them. I would never recommend this one, it’s a waste of money. Even though i only turned on and used it on my hand, just to see whether it was powerful or not meaning 100% clean filter. However i was told you cant return it because it has been used. Rip-off

Great on hard floors, not good on carpet Had to return the 1st one on day 3, as a part broke

Disappointed with this hoover. Doesn't pick up very well with the attachment. Having said that I've always had Dyson, and now the Shark upright. It's ok for stairs which was my aim.

Easy of use is good. But first easily fills the hoover and have to empty occasionally.

Maybe it’s good but very short handle. People who is tall 5’7”. Or more it’s not recommended for them. Thanks

Didn't seem to stand up to vigorous cleaning methods on carpet as the head nozzle snapped off after attempting to remove it from the moulded tube attached to it. The fact I could (by force) suggests poor design overall. It's cheap enough so returned it without fuss and refund.

I bought this to use upstairs but the vent cover on the hose was very loose & kept closing when I was hoovering so the brush head then stuck to the floor, it picked up well but I gave up & it was returned. Also,,I’m 5ft 4”, not tall by any means but the hose is way too short, around 6” so I had to hold on to the furniture (bed & drawers) to hoover, this would be ok if you’re around 4ft 10”...I’m so glad it was faulty as it would have been useless. Argos was fab when I returned it

I bought this hoover a few weeks ago and it was easy enough to set up, with clear instructions provided. Upon first use, the suction for carpet cleaning was brilliant and almost lifted the carpet but the 2nd week it's power had slightly decreased somewhat, hence my rating.

Good suction but hose and cable not long enough .

Bought one of these last week. It is light and easy to carry and has good suction. It is easy to empty. The telescopic tubes are very short, only 74cms fully extended. I am only 5ft 1" and tubes are too short even for.me, putting unnecessary strain on the back. Wouldn't recommend.

Product appears robust and is not heavy, but gives a reasonable amount of suction. Perfectly adequate for my small cottage. Not brilliant design in that the hose etc don't stack very neatly so it takes up more space than an upright in storage, but I find the worst thing is that the small brush attachment does not store on the machine - it's bound to go missing at some point - a little plastic stub would have let you clip it onto the machine when not in use.

Bought this as a replacement 2nd hoover, thinking it would be ideal as a pull along. However, the suction is not very good and takes forever to hoover a small area of carpet. Good at doing corners with the hose but that's about it.

It would have been better if the waste cylinder is a bit bigger.

This hoover is OK but do not expect an amazing performance

it made me bend over as the handle is to short
